Very good place to work but some team leaders make it difficult..

Once you get to understand the routine you'll find this is really easy to get your job done.

Why they give appointments to the truck drivers when they are unable to entertain them on time...had to wait for 2 hrs to get unloaded even when i was there 30 mins prior to the appointment time....very unprofessional

Not a good place to work. If you dont want to harm your back than dont think to go to this place.

The hiring agency is terrible. People store should not be the hiring company for this company. After sarah calling me a liar as my voice didn't sound the same from the phone to in person is unbelievable. Worst part about this is I sent a message to their head office nothing was ever returned. Might I add I was super sick with a cold and kept telling her time and time again it was me. But because I wasn't a male I wasn't treated fairly. I don't not suggest any female to see this woman. She will dismiss you and treat you poorly. Never in a million year did I think id find sexism in a big city and with a woman at that. Shame on you Sarah foster shame on you. Ohhh and btw I didn't get the job but my husband who has the same work experience did. So explain that.

Unprofessional, highly unorganized hated working there

From a truckers stand point this place is alright, however the only complaint I have is they give you the green light and when you to into the office, your paperwork isn't ready for 1-3 hours. What's the point in giving a green light if you aren't good to go? Other days your paperwork is ready when the light turns green. I usually wait 30-45 minutes before going in after the green light. Usually works for me.

you're nothing more than a number there, prod expectations are ridiculous, probably one of the worst places iv'e ever worked for you're a real champ if you hang in and make it to being unionized lol

Good place to earn some money. Nice working environment and team members.

I just started working here and I really enjoy it. There is a 3 months period to get your prog up to 100%.. I have to say for me it might be impossible to reach that cuz I suuuck at building pallets but meh.. imma enjoy working while the 3 months are up. Then I'll move on I guess.

Lazy place to deliver and load.
It always take them 2 hours just to turn the light red plus the unloading and counting time.

The lady at the shipping department has absolutely no manner, extremely rude and arrogant, spoken to a lot of truck drivers like me, and everyone share the same opinion. She had the tendency to look down on people. Really surprised that this company have employees like her dealing with people.

The guards at the Gatehouse are pretty good there and they try to get you in and out as soon as possible. But the lady on first shift inside the building she moves slow like a turtle sometimes and you'll be lucky if she would crack a smile to you.

It's always quick to go in and out of this place. I don't have to wait to get my paperwork. And the guards are always friendly.

Worst place for a trucker to come and drop a load of. Staff is slow and racist . The old white lady needs to be fired.

Focus on customer service, work place safely, cleanliness and production quality & quantity

Receivers are friendly. Been there for couple of times. Didn't get a bad taste

Warehouse security are less then friendly. Inside staff is much better. Lots of room in the parking lot.

This place looks good from outside but when you get in you will find that it Really sucks
They started cutting off my hours from the first week training, what's the point from hiring new people and send them home after 3 hours of working how are they supposed to practice and learn that's really stupid!! They wasted my time for nothing.

It's a rare event when this place is running "on-time". Terribly disorganized. Some days you can slip in the gate in no time. Some days, the lineup to get in takes so long, you're marked "late". Just another cheapo third-party associate of Lowblows.

One for security staff not for Loblaws.they rejected my safety vest jacket which was given by loblaw.please educate security department .

Very very big distribution center. High tech supply chain management. Works 24/7. Employees are very good and helpful. I liked working here.

Worst place for drop or pick up, the staff to crazy

Takes forever to get through the gate almost an hour to get in and do a switch to leave. Same story everyday No relief for the guards so it s one man and 2 gates. Absolutely ridiculous

Worst place ever. Takes forever. Unorganized and probably and have absolutely non consideration for truckers and elogs.

One of the security guards showed that he is unprofessional and that he should be fired.

Be ready for waiting check in 7:30 now its 11:29 still on dock

I would like to give these unprofessional workers zero. After 2 hrs of waiting to get loaded they say to check back in another 2 hrs but at that point they still not sure if loading will be done or not. I came strictly on my appointment time still waiting here from last 4 hrs

The lady who works 7am shift really talks down to customers/drivers. She has the worst disposition for company image. Surprised upper management tolerates her attitude towards people. They should take note as poor image being set

Hard work, good pay, clean environment, professional environment.

Very poorly run, employees told training for two weeks. Then told one week and only given three days. What do you expect from a Loblaws run affiliate.

The money you make working here is decent, only been there for a few days and already had someone steal the disk from my headset. They expect you to leave stuff like your phone in your locker but yet people always steal other people stuff, so why would i trust leaving anything in my locker when other people have access to it. I even over hear other co-workers talk about there stuff getting stolen to. They say they do a lot for the staff but yet a day before one of the food events they had going on, they sent everyone home early. People here are not smart so didn't realize, they most likely sent us home early to save them money by not paying us for the rest of the day, since they had to pay for the food trucks. Basically they saying each persons meal is about a $70+ meal, because thats how much money everyone lost out on that day. People are friendly here but can't trust anyone if they can smile in your face and still steal from you. Jobs okay if you do not plan to stay for a long time. If you do you can make $23/h after 3 years and can get into the union after your 3 month probation period.

Security guard service is fail all the time big line up one guard dealing all the trucks in and out side . Waist the logistics companies time . Loblaws is the one of biggest company, shouldn t be like this.
