What has happened to ASOS?
I used to use them a lot - but recently, their service has been utterly terrible.
Delivery is always delayed so you end up paying premium delivery for a parcel that then takes a week to arrive! They have also partnered with Gnewt as their delivery service, a company with a notoriously terrible track record, who tell you that "no one was home to sign for your parcel" when in fact you were working at home all day... so meaning more "I couldn't be bothered to come to your address, so I put attempted delivery"
What's more is their customer service nowadays is considerably bad. Staff literally don't care and take no responsibility for any faults on their side of the exchange.
I also returned some items to them over a MONTH ago and am still awaiting a refund, when you do get in touch with them they're always "passing it on to a specialist team" who you never hear anything from... I just can't get along with this company anymore

I've been using Zalando more recently - I'd suggest others to do the same

Contacted customer services about an order I had returned for refund. They did not refund everything. After email after mail and totally different stories made a claim through PayPal. They suddenly take note and asked me to cancel the claim through PayPal and they will credit the missing item. Liars and totally untrustworthy.

Fantastic service from ASOS!! Ordered item (shoes) the day before at night, this was yesterday(Saturday), asked to be delivered the next evening(Sunday) and i got the parcel just few minutes after 6pm !! Well done

As a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I must say ASOS overall promotions, customer service deteriorated through the years. For 1, they raise their prices by more than 50% if they provide you with a discount code. Consumers are often deceived with their marketing and promotion strategies. I used to respect their founder and team though the support has diminished as time past.

I ordered an item on the 12th of Feb for next day delivery. You attempted to delver on the 13th at 9.30 pm however i had ordered to a work address and we closed at 6pm. I got an email stating you would attempt delivery 2 more times 7 days a week. You haven't. I have then live chatted and asked where the delivery is and spoke to someone call Folashade who was very uphelpful. I sent in an email to complain about that service and yet to have a response. I have then had to live chat again on Saturday to ask where it is and said i had to wait until the end of the day Monday 17th. I have then live chat again to be told it was returned to you on the 14th which i could have just been told on the 14th when i live chat the 1st time. I have live chat today and been informed it was returned even though i have an email stating it will be attempted to deliver 2 more times 7 days a week. I have now been told i have to wait for around 3 weeks for a refund. I have asked to speak to a manager and i cant, i have been hung up on twice on the live chats whilst typing a reply. The customer service from ASOS is utterly truly terrible ! How you retain a customer base with the rude staff and lack of processes is beyond me. This email will probably be ignored as well or generate a generic response with no help or solution offered. Please remove me from the mailing list as i wont be ordering from you and will tell anyone else not to waste their time with a company that so clearly does not value customers.
