What has happened to ASOS?

What has happened to ASOS?
I used to use them a lot - but recently, their service has been utterly terrible.
Delivery is always delayed so you end up paying premium delivery for a parcel that then takes a week to arrive! They have also partnered with Gnewt as their delivery service, a company with a notoriously terrible track record, who tell you that "no one was home to sign for your parcel" when in fact you were working at home all day... so meaning more "I couldn't be bothered to come to your address, so I put attempted delivery"
What's more is their customer service nowadays is considerably bad. Staff literally don't care and take no responsibility for any faults on their side of the exchange.
I also returned some items to them over a MONTH ago and am still awaiting a refund, when you do get in touch with them they're always "passing it on to a specialist team" who you never hear anything from... I just can't get along with this company anymore

I've been using Zalando more recently - I'd suggest others to do the same
