MSFS 2020 is a shame! Lack of transparent communication, every update brings more and more bugs without pro active support. For that you have a thread in the forum -> SelfService LOL Ridiculous! Paid over 100 euros for a product that has more bugs than Swiss cheese holes! The sim is unusable and for me MS has lost all credibility with this release!

While Focus Home Interactive has established itself with narrative-heavy titles, this gothic adventure tries to blend historical drama with supernatural elements, but ends up feeling a bit torn between the two. Set during the Hundred Years’ War, you guide Amicia and her sick brother Hugo through a plague-ridden France, relying on a slingshot and clever rat mechanics to survive. The core loop is engaging, especially when you’re evading swarms of rodents in tense, light-based sequences, but the game often feels padded. You’ll encounter repetitive stealth sections that drag on well past the 15-hour campaign, and the story occasionally forgets whether it wants to be a grounded historical tale or a fantasy epic. Visually, the atmosphere is haunting and beautiful, and the score is excellent, but the presentation is marred by stiff voice acting and clunky controls. Movement feels finicky, and the UI is cumbersome, giving the whole experience a sense of unpolished roughness. It’s a bold, visually striking experience that deserves credit for its unique setting, but the repetitive gameplay and lack of polish keep it from being truly great.
