Great beautiful property. Very architecturally finished.

You can't call them, and they don't answer any email. I have been working for 7 weeks to get my money back from an order that has not been delivered.

also for me: no answering mails, big problems with crediting the return. I think I have to have this booked back on my credit card. I strongly advise against ordering from here, especially since you cannot rely on the sizes. 1 star is too much here. If you read the other reviews, the company's employees probably wrote who describe their beautiful office and the architecturally successful building. So you can get 5 * ratings.

This company is a joke and a mockery of Polish runners. They patronize and promote the run in Poland, which has been canceled twice, and 27,000 people cannot get back the money for the starter package. The company promotes this event through its runners. We are talking about World Athletics Half Marathon 2020 - Gdynia, Poland. No run, no entry fee refund. ASICS advertises virtual run. People paid for the real run!

I ordered 29th Nov to avoid the 'Christmas rush' and still don't have the parcel (11th Dec).

I contacted your email customer service to ask re the whereabouts of my parcel, no reply. Tried calling today, no reply.

You are using DPD, who have messed up my delivery address by ignoring my postcode. They sent an email saying the parcel would be there on 5th Dec- nothing. No reply to my email from 5 days ago to them to ask where the parcel was.

Then I get a text today that the parcel worth several hundreds of Euro will be delivered, finally - but I see they changed my address to the wrong one. Wanted to contact to correct, but online service does not allow me to do so. Took 45 mins to contact their chat, in which they eventually fobbed me off, saying it was an export parcel (UK is still in the EU, right?) and they could not help me.

ASICS, I recommend you work on your own CS and change your delivery service.
