Concerns your online platform ASICS Outlet, Irish section.

I ordered 29th Nov to avoid the 'Christmas rush' and still don't have the parcel (11th Dec).

I contacted your email customer service to ask re the whereabouts of my parcel, no reply. Tried calling today, no reply.

You are using DPD, who have messed up my delivery address by ignoring my postcode. They sent an email saying the parcel would be there on 5th Dec- nothing. No reply to my email from 5 days ago to them to ask where the parcel was.

Then I get a text today that the parcel worth several hundreds of Euro will be delivered, finally - but I see they changed my address to the wrong one. Wanted to contact to correct, but online service does not allow me to do so. Took 45 mins to contact their chat, in which they eventually fobbed me off, saying it was an export parcel (UK is still in the EU, right?) and they could not help me.

ASICS, I recommend you work on your own CS and change your delivery service.
