Have you ever heard of a day care expelling a 10-month old baby? Well, this happened to us.
My daughter started in AACC when she was 3 months old. We love all the teachers who have been taken care of her for the past 7 months. However, all of a sudden, all her teachers decided to leave and there was no one else taking care of the baby other than the director (Ms. Amy). When I went to pick my daughter up the first day when Ms. Amy took care of babies, she told me that she couldn t feed any milk to my baby. I was shocked that she didn t notify me during the day but wait until when I picked her up. My daughter never had this issue before, and I was worried that the fact she didn t take any bottle could be a sign that she was sick. She then asked me to show her how to feed my baby. I was surprised cause no other teachers ever asked me to show them how to feed the baby, but I did, and my daughter took the bottle and almost finished her bottle in 5 minutes. She then got very emotional and attacked me by saying very racial discriminate words that she regretted taking any Chinese baby and she thinks all the Chinese moms are weak and over-concerned.
Next day, I got an email from Ms. Amy saying that she thinks my baby has feeding issue and she considered my baby as an unnecessary burden to all the teachers so that she must expel her. The email was beyond my understanding. My daughter has never had any feeding issue and her bottles are always empty when I picked her up. I have talked to all the teachers and none of them ever mentioned anything to me or in the daily reports they provided.
My daughter is only 10 months old now and she doesn t know too much what is going on. I will definitely report this to the licensing department and I hope neither of you seeing this comment don t have to deal with this anymore.
