One of the original older style RSL clubs. Cosy Bar area, coffee shop, bingo room and the Buffet! All very good.

Maureen, Cindy and the rest of the bar staff are a credit to this establishment. The cheapest drinks in Sydney ($3.80 during happy hour - Inc craft beer), massive plates of food for $10, and customer service that is second to none.

A diverse group of patrons and a friendly atmosphere makes Ashfield RSL my new club of choice, and I'd strongly recommend a younger generation of people check it out as their weekend or after-work go-to.

I attended dinner with my friends for the first time here, a staff member was extremely rude and then I watched him cough on our food to then bring it straight to our table. I asked for the manager to let her know and she told me that that wasn't much she could do and that it wasn't her problem.

I was shocked and disgusted, we were expected to eat this food that someone had clearly coughed on and we were not allowed a refund. The building is beautiful and everyone else was lovely, even the food looked great however I would recommend to other customers to watch the staff make your food if you don't want anything disgusting done to it. Especially during this serious Covid-19 time.

We might go back in a few weeks because the variety of food is amazing but I will definitely be watching my food each time I order something.

They had a nifty sign in that was linked to the service NSW app.
The food was okay. I can't complaint about a burger with the lot that had your typical meat patty, bacon, egg, tomato, pineapple, beetroot, lettuce and other leafy things, cheese on a Turkish roll.
The chips were great. Nice, hot and fresh and crispy.
All yours for a meagre $13.50. Worthwhile.

The ladies that run the Sunday Bingo are lovely. Will definitely return, had a great time

Although the buffet staff are friendly and helpful, the club staff are quite the opposite.

We were cautioned for parking in their car park for an extended period of time. The staff had placed a very hard to remove large sticker in the view of the driver which is quite hazardous as we could not remove it.

When speaking with the staff, they simply told us to scrub it off with water and soap and to be thankful they didn t have to spend money and have it towed.

We could not remove the sticker at the time of moving the vehicle, therefore my sight out the window was impacted as it was placed illegally.

We ve lodged a complaint with NSW Roads against Ashfield RSL who advised this practice is unlawful, dangerous and negligent.

Thankfully NSW Roads asked us to bring the vehicle to their inspection bay where they had taken images of the illegally placed sticker before being kind enough to remove it for us without leaving behind residue from the sticker.

Wow excellent customer service!! The food wow wow wow !! I am very strict about restaurants but these guys went above and above and above. The staff always smile and are polite. This restaurant is a must visit. Also when you order food if you are 1 or 2 people order in small quantities to start because their buffet is huge you won't finish it. We tried that. But generally these guys will take good care of you. On my first visit with a friend we had to look for another table since we ordered a lot of food and we didn't know . By the time we finished we couldn't walk our stomachs were too full aye. You will love it!
