Very beautiful but old property. Big hotel with wave pool, lazy river and water slide for kids. Clean pool, rooms are good with balconies, even a corridor is big enough. Overall good hotel for families and for peace loving people. Quite place, big reception area. Wash rooms are big and clean. Greenery everywhere. People who love nature will feel comfortable here.
It was fine, but I suggest the hotel to add a bathtub. And make it look vintage/modern for the future adults to stay here. Also, add a safety things at the pool to make sure the kids are okay.
Understanding that we are under partial lockdown and short staffed. We thought to have a weekend staycation here. But it was a disappointing one. Only kids and main pool is open. The pool doesn't look clean, it was cloudy and algea at the bottom. Cleanliness was so so, there are spider webs in the room and mirror stains at the bathroom. Aircond wasn't even cold at all. Hard to control the hot and cold water in the shower.. Feels like really a waste of money honestly!
My original booking is two rooms but the resort generously upgraded my booking to 2 bedroom apartment.
The apartment is really big and comfortable for us. It is 100% air-conditioned, fully equipped with refrigerator, iron and ironing board, sofa, dining table etc.
Both bedrooms have own bathroom with tub and balcony.
Rooms are really spacious with comfy beds.
Worth staying here.

Frankly speaking, I will not recomended this hotel to anyone. First, this hotel looks like a big old haunted mansion in the end of Jln Pantai Chenang. Far from the town and beach unless you drive. Secluded area, only a few restaurant nearby opened in the evening only. Given a big room but everything old and not function well. Have to bare for everything for the sake of so called cheap package for 2 nights . Not so hot water, no way to control water temperature, toilet can't flush - water runs low, sink tap water loose, water can't run down easily - always floating, tv no channel, only 3 channels show keep repeating again and again until 3 days. Said there is buffet breakfast but ended up with breakfast combo set. How much I pray to keep out of this haunted hotel as much as possible? If there got minus 5 stars, I'm please to give.
Budjet resort with 2 big pools, rooms are clean and sheets are hygenic and spacious , photos will speak for the rest
