About 15 min walk from centre of Harrogate. Parking in site but very tight ! Room was smallish but clean and fresh .breakfast was very good ...well presented and tasty and served efficiently and pleasantly.

A wonderful find. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Food was wonderful and proper coffee. Full Yorkshire breakfast wonderfully cooked just the right size and not a drop of grease.
This is a gem of a small independent hotel.
Spotless clean and COVID19 comply. They have all the policy and process in place.
Initially only booked for 2 nights get away but was having such a great stay I extended by a night.
The room was modern and contemporary with everything needed. Bathroom was large with good shower. Bed was really comfortable.
Good WiFi speed throughout.
Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the centre. Great restaurants and micro brewery minutes away. I didn't hear any traffic noise at all. Private off road car park is bonus.
Breakfast was excellent, fresh, tasty, hot and plentiful - set me up well for the day.
Excellent value - forget the chain hotels with a headline price - by the time you add on parking and low quality breakfast they worked out more expensive and poor value in comparison.

Beautiful place. It's all been redecorated and the interior design is absolutely beautiful. Every room is amazingly clean and new looking. I met David the owner, who is a lovely man and very welcoming 10 out of 10
Stayed for a long weekend over our anniversary, lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy and well maintained. Only ate breakfast, but the choice of food was excellent and well cooked. Nicely situated a short walk from the town centre. Would definitely stay again.
The staff have all been helpful and polite right from the time of booking. The hotel is very well presented and comfortable. As others have said the breakfast is extremely nice and good quality and all prepared to order. Definitely will be staying here again if we are in Harrogate.
