Great company to work with, they listen to what you want and do exactly that, they charge very competitive prices for incredibly high standard of work. They keep you fully updated at all stages during the works/project, your always in the loop at what is happening. The plans they produce for the architectural work are very high standards. I would definitely recommend Asb for all planning and housing development work you won't be let down at all.

Firstly I would like to start of by saying Sunny and ASB Architecture have been an absolute godsend.

I approached ASB towards the end of last year to see what options I had in extending my house, mainly looking at rear extension and loft conversion. The initial conversations I had over the phone Sunny clearly broke down what would be involved, what we can do within permitted development and what would need planning permission. He also broke down the costings in an easy to understand manner giving me a proper idea on what would be possible within my budget.

The following conversation was him making a house visit to explain further of what would be involved and what additional bits we would need to do to adhere to fire and building regulations, we opted to go for a loft conversion, he measured up promptly and provided detailed drawings. I was extremely happy with it all and commissioned his team to start the work on converting my loft.

Early in FEB 21 the team started on the build, so far everything has ran so smoothly, his team are very attentive, polite and extremely professional, even my wife has been paying compliments and believe me this ain t an easy task.

If you are looking for any building work or architecture services honestly I can not recommend ASB and Sunny highly enough.

Sunny provided a great service, and I'd definitely use him again. He's incredibly knowledgeable of planning policy, what council's are likely to accept or reject. He's also incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive; he replies to emails and phone calls straight away. Overall I'm very impressed with Sunny.

My first encounter with Sunny Bahia was when I contacted him regarding architectural drawings for the rear extension and knock down and extension of my kitchen. I was so impressed with his professionalism with the drawings and council approval that I decided to give him the contract for the building works of the 4m rear extension containing a bedroom and en suite bathroom, the fitting of the new kitchen following the knock down of the old, closed kitchen so it was a larger, open plan kitchen and renovation of the bathroom upstairs.

I am absolutely delighted with how it has turned out. The new bedroom and bathroom are exquisite, with great attention to detail with the tiling of the bathroom, installation of a sky light, and perfect clean lines of all the walls. The kitchen and lounge now look like something out of a magazine because again the craftsmanship and beauty of Sunny's attention to detail shows throughout his work. He uses the best materials and will not compromise on quality.

I am usually a tough person to please but I am overwhelmingly happy with how everything has turned out. I even added extra work in, deciding to do an elevated patio, garden landscaping and fence that all looks amazing.
