Firstly I would like to start of by saying Sunny and ASB Architecture have been an absolute godsend.

I approached ASB towards the end of last year to see what options I had in extending my house, mainly looking at rear extension and loft conversion. The initial conversations I had over the phone Sunny clearly broke down what would be involved, what we can do within permitted development and what would need planning permission. He also broke down the costings in an easy to understand manner giving me a proper idea on what would be possible within my budget.

The following conversation was him making a house visit to explain further of what would be involved and what additional bits we would need to do to adhere to fire and building regulations, we opted to go for a loft conversion, he measured up promptly and provided detailed drawings. I was extremely happy with it all and commissioned his team to start the work on converting my loft.

Early in FEB 21 the team started on the build, so far everything has ran so smoothly, his team are very attentive, polite and extremely professional, even my wife has been paying compliments and believe me this ain t an easy task.

If you are looking for any building work or architecture services honestly I can not recommend ASB and Sunny highly enough.
