Horrible company to deal with. Service is completely slow and unreliable. Called to cancel services and 3 months later they're still sending bills and said they didn't get any cancellation notice which is wrong. They won't credit account for services that weren't used. Rediculas customer service!

Canceled my account tens years ago 2010 they kept sending me a $5 credit now it's a actual bill for $2.57 with a late fee, don't ever start an account with them they are to poorly managed. KMA Update 5/27/2021 after leaving this neg review they sent another bill what a bunch of NO MINDS don't use this company for anything

Upgraded to the new gig package and have had daily disconnects while gaming, especially around 12am, rarely used to have these type of issues. My number is the same as it been since subscribing to the services over a year ago. Walther does a great job at installation.

My husband works for Arvig so can t complain too much but I wish they d put on their website or somewhere that their building is under construction. Let alone they didn t answer the phone the 3 times I called. It was during business hours so I know they were open.

Been trying to get internet out at our house since October....it s now end of March and we have submitted the forms 5 times now since then, talked to how many different people, was suppose to get temp lines before winter, it s been almost a week since I ve heard a response from the person I last contacted. If arvig wasn t the ONLY option in Perham I would never go through them because of the lack of response and help.
