I've been going to Artuso since I was a little kid my mom would bring me here for a treat miniature cheesecake and napoleon's and tri color cookies are some of my favorites

Great bakery for all sorts of goodies. VERY popular during the holidays so be prepared for a little wait. But definitely worth the wait!!

I have been using Artuso for years and when I tell you I cant eat any other cake I really cant! From the lemon pound cake to yellow cake with vanilla butter cream even the newest to our family the fondant cake !! The cakes is the best !! I would like to thank them for always coming through when we come through !!

Great selection of Italian pastries. I live in MA and tried cannolis from here. BEST EVER. Can't wait for my next trip to NY to get more

Love love love tres leche cake is on point all of riveting that comes out of there is on point. They made my daughter's 1st birthday a hot with their cake. Will go again and again. My daughter had 2 cakes 1 for get real birthday which was tres leche with fresh strawberries and the 2nd was canoli with fresh strawberries and they both hit the spot.

The cannoli and espresso here are good but the best thing about this place is the people. Extremely friendly service and great family store type vibe. Had to walk a ways to get to this spot on a recommendation and glad I did. I will definitely come back to try more stuff - and they ve got a lot.

Personally the prices are to high for a cake that been sitting in the freezer for days. The taste and flavor is off balance. Taste like box cakes to be honest. If u bake cake of ur own, u will know the difference between fresh and not. I order a cake for a baby shower n they gave me two orders and wanted me to return the other order when already open n touch, they said they don't care and need top deliver it to the other client. Completely nasty. I live close by too. I rather do my own cakes then buy any outside cakes and no my cakes are no from box they are homemade. I have a few clients of my owns n they love my cakes n dislike autuso

Their cakes are wonderful and the staff is so friendly and nice. You don't have to wait long to place an order. I definitely recommend this bakery it is well worth it and they have reasonable prices.

Fresh,delicious pastries,and their cakes are also fresh,and moist. Most importantly their bakery is clean,up to date. Employees are very nice,and courteous. You'll not be disappointed if u decide to go.

Highly upset right now. The girl who I purchased my sisters birthday Christmas cake from said they were open on Christmas Day until 3 pm. As does the website. I even asked if she was sure she said absolutely. My receipt says pick up on 12:25:2020. Been trying to contact them they are closed. Thank God Contis is open! I ll expect a full refund when I get to them tomorrow. So surprised at them. I would be furious if I didn t have an alternative.

I stood on line asked for a price and was ignored then I noticed the girl calling numbers so I asked if I needed one and where to get it. She pulled one out and called numbers before to make sure she wasn t skipping any no one responded. I then asked where can I find the prices of the items she ignored me again and called a number and attended the person and didn t even give me the number or answered me.

Amazing pastries and their nutella cappuccino is equally delicious.

When my mom came this country from Ghana, West Africa in the seventy's a friend from work introduce the croissants to her and she loved it and she enjoyed coming early in the morning to work little Italy...and the pleasures of purchasing fresh meats from the butcher Family own businesses around. It's become a tradition to our family Thank you Artuso and Family.

Been a customer for over 50 years. Now my children and grandchildren.

I been going there since I was kid ,I also live in area till I was 25 and when I got back there area I have to artuso ... If I need a cake I get all my cakes from there and everyone that has the cake loves it.

I really DID LOVE this place, until I came in the bakery today. Waiting to be served, and a worker took his bare hands and picked a cookie up and started eating it. You can't be eating over food that you have to serve to customers. Especially picking the cookie up with bare hands. I walked right out. Nasty

clean, friendly staff and so many choices! My favorite came in three varieties (Canolli withkut sprinkles, with sprinkles or dipped in chocolate). There were also mini versions of them. I was in pastry heaven

In my 32 years of living and having come here for every occasion both personal and professionally even after moving to another county, I have never been more disappointed in the service. I came to cancel an order I made for my wedding cake because to my dismay they were unable to make the flowers for the cake the way I had hoped and once the young lady that was helping me went to the back another one came out to inform me unneeded the card I originally paid with, which I in fact did have and she continued to state she needed my order slip which i pointed out the original young lady had. The other young lady returned asked me to sign the portion stating I was canceling my order and here comes the same sassy worker telling me I have to sign when the young lady already informed her that I had done so and the refund was processed. I again informed her I had signed and proceeded to walk out when she proceeds to say, she has a bad attitude, which was clearly not under her breath because I did stop in my tracks and ask her to repeat herself. I understand working in that Indira try can be difficult, and with that said it s important to consider your approach to the customers as well because the original young lady helping me was doing perfectly fine without the hovering and sass the other work added. Over the years, the service here has gone downhill and it s sad to see this occur in a staple of the heart of the Bronx. I guess today was the day your formerly impecable service did me over the edge.
