Parking on street. Harry's cafe across the street. And water view of Navy ships. Short walk to Botanical gardens. Some interesting art work. Artists' studios upstairs.

Literally my favourite art space to go in Sydney!!!!! Just gotta stick to their social media pages to get all the new coolest exhibitions info.

Very well curated space. Exhibitions are always interesting and artists talks enlightening.

The Gunnery is amazing!! A lovely little free gallery with various expositions to discover. Currently featuring the 21th Biennale of Sydney!!

Looking for a worthwhile arts experience? Artspace is a great place to start. Each year they show a diverse group of mid-career and emerging artists in their beautiful gallery spaces in the historic Gunnery Building in Woolloomooloo.

A fantastic contemporary gallery. Two large rooms present engaging installation and media works, and a smaller side gallery is off interest. The works are installed professionally and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Artspace if you're in Sydney.

Pretty small gallery with not much information of the exhibition but you can find everything online. The space is pretty quiet so if you like admiring art with lesser crowd this is the place to go to.

Always worth a visit. Current Biennale show is a heart stopper. I'm planning a return visit.

I was accompanying my husband to see something he was interested in.
It's a good thing that someone can have a space for a length of time to expose their art.
But I was not impressed with the 'warning signs' at the entrance, with coarse language on them, very rude and disrespectful. I don't think anyone would like to come across with such signs in a real scenario.

Fantastic gallery featuring contemporary art exhibitions and a great team running the space.

It's a nice, small gallery. You can easily just pop in for 10-15 min and relax.
