The reception was poorly logged in during an hour but a quarter despite our reservation through the site and the receptionist was bad in dealing and insisting that we booked does not include breakfast and dinner buffet and we assured her that our reservation included and was insisted and we had to inform her about the reservation email and the room card and the elevator were not programmed on all days The residence did not have us the second day after we returned from the pool to go to the reception until they activated the card and the room had some malfunctions, the conditioner was not working, so we had to ask for maintenance daily at 3 am and the administration did not initiate an apology or change the room to us and did not give any attention to the ratio The hotel facilities are good, but the pool needs to be heated, the water and the beach were dirty and full of dirt. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great and varied. The whitterservice service is excellent in total.

The hotel is great and I recommend booking breakfast with accommodation (their breakfast is varied in east Asia like Chinese rice and spring rolls and there are Indian like Barata, lentils and also arabs such as fava beans, chickpeas, pickles and also cheeses and chefs who bring eggs of all kinds and others bring you fresh juices and also many more ). The beach is clean and you can see small fish and swimming pools with their sizes available. The rooms are quiet and the soft bedspreads make you dive into dreams. The towels and bathrobes are well-made and the bathroom has no bathtub but has a refreshing shower. The hotel has ample car parking at the bottom of the hotel and free of charge. As for the comments, the Internet service is very slow and you can not see a full video clip without interruption every few minutes. Also, if you want a good sleep and do not like the noisy life, do not book a room and the hotel has a celebration on the beach because the sounds of music make you laugh while you sleep. Made my reservation three weeks a go so I came today find out they cancelled my reservation saying that as per policy we can cancel/change reservations as per possibility and they offer me to pay twice the price to get a bigger room or else you can leave
We spent a wonderful stay during Christmas time with the kids. It was a super fast service, friendly reception, luxurious rooms, amazing outdoor activities, fantastic kids club, Christmas festivals and more. I certainly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is located in newly developed Amawaj district, 10 minutes drive from airport & 30 minuets to downtown, Hotel is neat has its private beach wonderful sea view from all rooms. I've spent one night only unfortunately I did't have chance to enjoy all facilities.
I've stayed here almost 2 years ago and I enjoyed every second of my stay. A beautiful lobby and great swimming pools for both kids and adults, not to mention the beach it was so fun. If you either live or visiting Bahrain for holiday I would definitely recommend to book online and enjoy your time here especially in summer!!

One of the beautiful hotels where the private beach, swimming pools and water games for children meet. The rooms have sea view and their size is suitable. The negative thing about this hotel is that its location is very far from the city center. It means your walk without traffic from the hotel to City Center is approximately 35 minutes. But if you encounter a traffic jam, it takes you an hour. As well as try to get rid of your visits before the malls and let the hotel to relax. The only thing that is close to it is the Chinese market (the dragon) is about 10 minutes away. Unfortunately alcohol is offered at the hotel. Especially on the beach and this is a negative statement that the management of the hotel does not prevent at least drink and smoking at the beach, especially since 95% of the guests are from the Gulf countries.

We stayed in this hotel expecting a clean 5 star hotel but turned into a terrible disaster and a total nightmare
The room either was not clean or the bed had nasty bad bugs but ended with itchy horrible skin reaction , it was either from the bed or the bath , but next day we had to check out early and rush to the hospital for check up
We asked the hotel if they will cover the hospital costs but they said no!
We ordered the breakfast the night before to make sure we do not rush them in the morning , the breakfast order was completely messed up, the food came without cover , different food arrived not what we ordered, cold eggs, missing bread busker, wrong juices, and the list goes on , it was just a disaster especially nowadays when we suffering with covid19
The hotel was not busy at all and they still can t be bothered to clean the rooms properly and messing up the only few food order they have
