I have been living in the Arrowhead Lakes community for several years now and overall, the experience has been great. The association does a good job of maintaining the common areas and amenities. The lake is always clean and well-managed, making it a great spot for kayaking and fishing. The landscaping around the neighborhood is well-maintained and adds to the overall appeal. The only minor issue I have is with some residents not following the parking rules, which can be frustrating at times. Nonetheless, I would rate Arrowhead Lakes Homeowners Associates as an excellent company.
