Very bad communication place, to pick up they sent you al the way back after the 21 door and they told you to wait, I waited there for 2 hours because they stop loading and went out to the office to ask what happened and they told me that to load it takes a while that I should wait, at the end they messed up the loading with out pallets when it needed pallets that's why it took longer.
Little tricky to find, but friendly staff, fast loading.
