I would rate Arrow Container Corp. as an average company. The customer service was decent, but not outstanding. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I did have some issues with the delivery of my order. Overall, I would say that Arrow Container Corp. is an okay option if you need containers, but there may be better choices out there.
