Have been twice to the Annual tournament. Free tix as job perks both times, so no complaints. Course is lovely. Staff is friendly. Food, beverages and porta-potties available. Enjoyed the Mastercard Trophy Suite this year. It was absolutely amazing. Buffet was fantastic w/ risotto, salmon, chix, salads & dessert. Was later refreshed with large boiled shrimp & hot pretzels. Comfortable seating provided and private restrooms. Excellent vantage point overlooking the 17th hole with birdseye view of the 18 T-box.

It s the lodge. It s a trip back in time. It s worth a trip for any golf fan and Arnie fan. The narrow hallways, the low ceilings, the hummers in the members lounge, the charge cards and no cash after 6pm.

Spectacular club. First class facility, course and staff. Appreciate the balance of latest creature comforts as well as the respect shown for the heritage of the game (e.g. tributes to greats of the game throughout the Clubhouse and most impressively, Mr. Palmer).

Incredible experience. Class service. Beautiful golf course. You can feel Arnold Palmer in your foursome. The Lodge may have the ultimate golfer's dream: Walk from your room literally on to the putting green.
Perfect practice area and the instructors in the Arnold Palmer Golf Academy are top notch.
The golf shop is well appointed. Brian Dorn, the Director of Golf is friendly and engaging. First rate.

We just got back from Bay Hill last night. Having booked many months ahead, it was on our bucket list and I wanted to surprise my friend for his 50th Birthday. From the time we arrived we felt so welcome..so part of a family. You are surrounded with the quaint lodge, the warm decor and the most hospitable staff, with one of the most incredible golf courses to be played. To Mr. Palmer's Family, I would like for you to know that we felt his presence out there with us. We kept playing round after round (6) in 4 days, and if we could have...we would have played more. We kept the TV on in the evening the whole time on "Arnie's" Story...loop after loop. What an Incredible human being, and we had the privilege to stay and play. We sincerely took it all in. Stopped and reflected at what Mr. Palmer saw so many years ago. We ended our stay with an afternoon reply round finishing up on 18 at sunset.
So I would like to thank everyone at Bay Hill and to R.R for making this experience one in a lifetime. N.B/R.R

A course in fantastic condition, boasts good for the competition in March. Hard greens where the ball rolls quickly and fairly. The ruff is a bit tough but will be a tox in one month
All golfers dream to play!

First time playing here as a guest and it was everything I imagined it would be and then some. Course was in immaculate condition and every member of the staff could not have been friendlier from top to bottom.

Stayed here two months ago , enjoyed a wonderful stay. This most recent stay, there was a minor issue with the daily incidental charge on our room, which was diffrent that the last stay. Also i just mentioned playing golf and was automatically charged for it.Things happen , working at a private club myself i understand. However, the front desk 'supervisor' , using that term loosely, Carol , was nothing short of a rude pretentious snob.Explaing we booked through priceline and basically we were second rate guests. Not how Arnie would have wanted his establishment run...... Golf staff was excellent as usual.

night staff was definitely more accomodating than day. it was a long day and we had planned to stay somewhere else and it was not up to our standards so we chose this resort and was greeted by a lovely lady who could see the exhaust in us, with two toddlers. She found us a better rate which made the 5 hour drive (ending around midnight) worth it to a mom. when checking out this morning the older lady reversed everything and said the overnight staff must have been confused. obviously too tired to argue with a full day of activities for our boys. I let it go. However, when I went to leave she began talking to her fellow worker about how they always do this....which I was mu h more happy prior to the mornin engagement. If she feels the night staff can't handle it...then maybe she should switch shifts. kudos to the night staff for seeing a tired mom and trying to make her stay as comfortable as possible...shame on the morning shift for being so self absorbed.

I work there as a caddie manager and a starter. Bay Hill has been a first class operation since the days of Mr. Palmer. Now there is a world class short game area to go along with a PGA tour stop golf course. Bay Hill is semi private and special catering is given to members and lodge guests and members of private clubs whose head pro's can possibly make arrangements for you. If you get the chance to play the golf course you won't be disappointed, especially if you take a caddie, which is mandatory in season.

I was planning a stay and trip to the lodge for several months. I wanted to enjoy the private club atmosphere I have known before like Winged Foot, Westchester and Skytop clubs offer. I had been in touch with the lodge through reservations and online for an April stay. Upon reaching out last month I was told everything I needed and then a bombshell. I could enjoy all the amenities including golf but could not invite family to join me during my stay. I had wanted to treat my 89 year old father with a round of golf and lunch/dinner. After watching all the coverage this week of the Invitational and having met Mr Palmer at the Orlando Country Club during a members tourney I am convinced that this policy was not set or encouraged by him. I believe the current leadership and policies of the Lodge are missing significant opportunities by this member's only policy. Sorry to say I have made other plans in the Orlando/Winter Park area.
