We took a load with Sebastian Moreno from Armstrong and got held up at our previous receiver. We communicated with them the entire time they told us all was well, and that we had until 18:00 for pick up we arrived before 16:30 for our original 16:00 appointment slot to find there was never a load. The shipper was still there, the load never existed. The shipper let us know that they told the broker long before that they had no load for them. They denied our TONU because we were less than 30 minutes past our original time of 16:00. We dealt directly with Josh Hinckley Logistics Director so its not just a mistake this is their corporate culture. Don't book loads here if you want fair or honest dealings.

If I can give the negative number for Armstrong service I would! We booked a load with Louis Aguilera. Arrived late for pick up and paid late fee right on spot. When we get paid for this load the broker named above deducted late fee again. I called him a million times and sent numerous emails but still didn t get money which he pocketed back! So we ended up to pay late fee twice! Also spoke to his boss named West but that didn t help either! Later included Tiffany Wade into this case but apparently this is not helping us to resolve the issue! Wonder if this company has any policy for carrier relations?It s the most dishonest and unprofessional company I had to deal with! Stay away from Armstrong!!

I just found out Kelisha du Plessis works at your company and she was an office manager for my landlord and illegally added someone by the name Michael Tejada on my lease last year, then quit. Wouldn't be surprised if she's up to something at this company.

Be aware of late delivery. Cost me an arm and a leg.
Disaster, will stay away next time.

The worst brokers I had to deal with. This kind of employees are gonna ruin what somebody build for years. No professionalism. No respect. No etiquette. This "brokers" are Luke Short and James Weathers. Shame.

I have had great encounters using Armstrong's services. The agents are very diligent and upstanding. If there is ever a problem, the accounting team or anyone in the office is there to help. I'd recommend running with Armstrong Transport.
