Awful very slow took 7hrs to get unloaded 14 pallets

These guys are bad at weight distribution, had to go back after weighing and reload.

Fast and quick adrian very professional 45 mins unloaded and reloaded.

Great place to load! Got there at 1pm and was loaded and leaving at 2. They are more then willing to work with you if you don't like the way it's loaded. I had a double stack at the back and they gladly singled them for me.
Keep up the good work!

$150 to unload the product they ordered. They don't let truck drivers in building. So no choice but let them unload you.

We send trucks into this place almost every day and they are always professional and easy to work with. The process of getting x-ray takes a bit of time and I tell my drivers to prepare for 6 hours. They are always under that number and typically have us in, xrayed, and out within 4 hours.

Absolutely horrible. 2.5 hours after my appointment time to get loaded, and still not in a door, a number of trucks have been sitting here for long times. Avoid this place if you can

Hey owners of this company, whats the point of replying all reviews. Instead of improving your services you are doing nothing. 12 hours we have been here now and still not done. -5 stars for you and your company!!!!! Bunch of lazies

Can park there over night if you arrive early. Very fast unload.

Why does it take so long to get unloaded when you have an appt? Arrived at 14:40, appt for 15:00, finally docked at 16:30, haven t touched my trl and its 18:00. Oh, And they charge $160.00 to unload. Where is mgmt and why are they allowing this poor work ethic?

! OKAY I SPOKE TOO SOON!!! THEY JUST JUMPED ON ME AND GOT ME LOADED GONE 2.5 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. MY DEEPEST APOLOGY. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAD A MEETING SO 5 STAR RATING IT IS. THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED!
