As an owner operator I am very disappointed with this company their whole network of branches and agents! For the service and work their agents can provide for you them charging a steep 30% commission of your gross is just not worth the effort. I got to the point even that I was thinking if perhaps some of the agents are skimming from the top on the rates, unfortunately I can t prove that unless I go through some legal discovery or something to check their books but based on some payments received and compared to other loads of similar form from the other companies this sure felt like that. Or maybe they are so cheep that owners get burned out quickly like me, they move on but the company keep their revolving doors. They also require to pay lots of add on stuff like ooc insurance, cover the plates, insurance, etc. Yes they take that in weekly installments but for the 30% commission they sure could afford some of those items. Next part is that they really covering their tails with many legal agreements so definitely read all of it and if something doesn t fell right my suggestion is just not to go with them. Not the best choice for owner operators.
