Not a good choice if you're not feeling well. Did not treat me with medication when needed, despite history given, and I ended up in ER as a "borderline case for admission" according to doctor there. Office Administrator has no med background and is not good at all. Did not want to call my doctor on a Friday after 3 days of calling for help following initial appt! She kept wanting to tell me what it's like from their "point of view" when I made complaint about no treatment and very sick and said "you've only been a patient for 5 days"? On-call service required to screen your identity with things like street number of office DURING A BREATHING EMERGENCY while I was alone and driving on interstate. Crazy office. ARIZONA get your medical act together! You're in the bottom 1/3rd of all United States for quality of care.

Dr. Seth has been treating me for years! He is a wonderful man with the utmost concern for his patients. Tireless, thankless work!

He SAVED my life!

I will never be able to repay this man for the motivation and determination he has instilled in me to NEVER GIVE UP! The attention to

I saw Dr. Lupa-Laskus, and I was so pleased with how thorough she was. There is a bit of disorganization in the front office, but it is so worth it! I am so happy to finally have found a good Dr, I would highly recommend Dr. Lupa- Laskus!

I walked out of my appointment after their office manager gave me a very hard time about not giving my social security number and not having my full medical history with me. Explained I couldn t get into my doctors portal and I was trying to call them to get it. She told me that maybe I was not a good fit for them as a patient. And I needed to leave the building if I was making a call on my cell phone. She was very rude. So I spoke with my wife about it and we agreed that this was not the right doctors office for us. If she s a reflection of their office I would not advise anyone to go there.

This office sucks .For that reason I decided to not even keep my appointment. Super rude staff .If that is their first means of communication then forget me driving out there .I asked what my co pay would be as its not on my card and I know this already. Lady rudly told me I would be billed then. I double checked she did not confirm. I'm not driving 50 min to get hit with big out of pocket exp, I like to be prepared. I would not recommend

Dr Gupta is not worth ANY stars, but required. The front office staff is great, Dr Gupta does not value patients time. Been going for 2 years and he is always late, at least 45 minutes today, I arrived at 12:45 and checked out at 2:17 after spending 12 minutes with him. One of the assistants, said yea, so, always have to wait at any Dr office . Maybe wait, but not more that 15 minutes or so. Was told he only has 1 exam room today, so, he can t Be in more than that at anyone time! I am going to ask for another provider going forward. Very discouraging when patients for other providers walk in, have a seat, called back, and leave while I am still waiting.

Arizona Pulmonary Specialists, Ltd was a great exp...

Arizona Pulmonary Specialists, Ltd was a great experience during a stressful time. The front desk, check out desk, and nurse staff were all a pleasure to work with. From my understanding, this clinic is somewhat new to Endocrinology, perhaps only a few months as of this review. Dr. Sawalha, the endocrinologist at AZ Pulm, helped guide me through a medical condition that I recently developed. Dr. Sawalha is a focused, attentive, and caring doctor who was very sincere about my medical condition. I really felt she listened, analyzed, and responded to my questions and concerns. Despite the clinic name, Arizona Pulmonary Specialists, Ltd., I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience I received from the team at AZ Pulm. I felt that having a new Endocrinologist on staff at AZ Pulm was the best fit for me even though they are set up to be a pulmonology clinic. Looking back, it has been stressful seeing other medical providers during the past few months. Dr. Sawalha was by far the most reassuring doctor who helped me really understand what I was going through. For example, I needed to wear a new type of monitor device on my arm for a week. However, the staff had yet to receive training on how to use the device. Within a few days the staff was trained and I was able to complete the test.
Some highlights of working with AZ Pulm and Dr. Sawalha: For one, they have a patient portal where you can log in and check all your medical information. One can also message the staff through the portal. Response times from the staff and Dr. is within a day or two. The portal also allows patients to request future appointments. I find that AZ Pulm has embraced the future of digital medical records combined with a patient portal to streamline their systems and processes. I did like that I met the same nurse staff on each visit and that I was able to build a relationship albeit brief as it was.
The only grip I would have is the wait times in the clinic on the first visit. It pushed about 30 mins wait time. However, all the subsequent visits were excellent and I only spent a few minutes waiting before being taken back to the treatment room. The clinic is located on the second floor but there is an elevator nearby.
Dr. Sawalha and her team were very inviting and if I ever require an endocrinologist again I will definitely go back to Arizona Pulmonary Specialists Ltd.

After moving to the valley a couple of years ago I ve used the good doctor for pulmonary care and have experienced both exceptional communications and support. Doctor Gupta has a wonderful bedside manner and seems to really care about my overall health and well being. I m glad he s on my team.

Basically my experience has been the following: 1) Call the new patient phone number during indicated office hours. 2) Never speak to a live person, but instead go to voice message, leave all requested information. 3) Hear nothing afterwards, no acknowledgement, no response period. 4) Repeat process multiple times..... No response.
Why do they state "accepting new patients" and then provide no valid functioning method to accomplish that? Truly a maddening and total waste of time when I am trying to comply with my Doctors referral.

Can't at all understand the reviews I see about this office. I can only speak to Dr. Ruzi and the receiving staff, but my experience was phenomenal. Every step taken in my assessment and treatment was proportional to my concerns, forward-thinking, and accompanied by great bedside manner. This is a doctor you can trust.

I had the best experience with Dr. Bridgett Ronin and Arizona Pulmonary Specialists. I had a chest x-ray that was very concerning and wanted to see a specialist ASAP. I called the office and Maggie the scheduler, was able to get me in to see Dr. Bridgett Ronan in a few days. The office assisted me in having my CT scan results sent to their office prior to my visit.

Once I arrived at the office they checked my temperature before I entered the lobby, ensuring the safety of all patients present in the waiting area. Kasia, the doctor's assistant checked my vitals and gave me a brief pulmonary function test. She was very friendly but also very efficient. Shortly after I was checked into the room, Dr. Ronin arrived and explained my CT scan in great detail. She was warm and friendly at the same time very professional. She not only explained the results of my CT scan, she showed me the images and how she arrived at her determination. She took a lot of time explaining my condition and I felt very confident in her advice. She did deliver good news but I must say that even if she were giving me not such good news, she would have done it in a very detailed and compassionate way.

I will be followed by Dr. Ronin for the foreseeable future to monitor my condition, and I really look forward to seeing her again. I'm 61 years old and Dr. Ronin is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a very knowledgeable, educated, warm and compassionate doctor.

Horrible office policy that requires you give your social security number just to make an appointment. If you want your identity stolen feel free to use this office. The office manager is rude and archaic. If their office policies are so old fashioned just imagine the treatment. Please move into the 21st century with the rest of the medical profession. Making a doctor appointment is not applying for a job, loan, or government subsidy. You have no right to ask for my SS#!!!!

Dr Sawalha treated me like a disease and not a person. She said X disease has X for treatment. She didn t not look at my individual needs. She did not listen to me at all. I ve never felt so disrespected at a drs office. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was very nice.

Have the worst experience in communication with this office! Always talking to the machine, never to a live person, waiting time for response 2-3 days or NEVER! Crazy for an office with so many doctors. But looks like no one in this office including doctors are eager to work, since you can get appointment only in 2 months ahead. After trying to get in touch with someone and finally have my appt. scheduled in 2 months, in two days I found NORMAL office, so I canceled my appointment here.

As of today 9/11, I have been seeing dr lessler for sleep apnea since June 2017& she has been very good, but as of Tuesday 9/8, when my cpap machine is not scoring good and I reached out to Valley Resporatory co in Mesa & they found that I have leaks , , so I called dr Lessler s office & nobody returned my calls till Thursday afternoon 9/10& was told bye Nancy that she will relate the message to dr lessler & on Friday 9/11, I had called there twice and was told they will get back to me, , but that never happened at all & it s really sad that no one had the professionalism to get back to me. So, I explained that I was dealing with vertigo issues due to my numbers, but today I was ok with no dizziness at all. So sad that I can t get answer from either Nancy or Kim who told me today, that someone would call me but they never did & I lost my respect know after this issue. So, hopefully someone who experiences issues like I did , that no Dr . Should treat there patients this way at all.

All they want is to quick send you to a sleep study and to get you on one of those machines that forces air in to your body. That machine almost killed me when i was at the location on Broadway rd being fitted with different masks. Blowing air into our bodies is not healthy for us, this is all a scam to get money from the insurance companies. The lady that was fitting me with the mask was telling some big lies and needs to find a new profession. She told me after i had taken the mask off and was gasping for breath with tears running down my face because i could not suck in air, i had so much air being forced into my nose and mouth i could not suck in a breath. I was dizzy getting ready to pass out. She told me it's okay your brain will get used to it and if i don't take this machine home and wear it i was going to have a stroke and be paralised or died. I will not wear one EVER because of that experience and will ask to be sent to a new pulmonologist. There is just something wrong and phony about the whole thing!

worst medical office experience I've ever had. Front desk is disorganized, staff is rude. They insisted on having my SS#... sorry, I don't provide that to anyone except employers or IRS. When I asked why the needed it, I was ignored. Not a good look, folks.

First off I want to say Dr. Gupta is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was hospitalized last August 2017. Sorry for my late post, but I have to say he definitely knows what hes doing. I was hospitalized in intensive care at Honor Health he was the only doctor that was able to wake me up out of my coma and get me to breathe again on my own. Following that, I was able to see him again at Arizona Pulmonary Specialists. He really cares about his patients and is excellent at what he does, we need a lot more doctors just like him who listens to his patients. I would recommend him to ANYONE...........Thanks Dr. Gupta I will forever be grateful for you! See you soon for my follow up appointment.
