ran out of xanax due to act schedualing an appointmemt too late and now refused to perscrihe xanax and was not willing to perscribe any other anti anxeity med.

I've had only met one or two people working there that are worth anything. None of the doctors are worth the time. They're pretentious anti-depressant pushers. If you don't want to take those meds, they become short and careless with you. They generalize all their patients from my experience.

The worst "dr's" ever or more accurately nurse practitioners i have ever seen. Dreaded every appointment did not care to help me at all. Was in dire need of a psych evaluation and my case manager said the budget didnt call for it Every "DR" refused to change any of my medications saying at leasts the most recent dr "I dont know you"....I specificaly requested a second opinion and i got "I dont know you" from Some one who actually went to school. Talking with my case manger who was Someone Ive known before going to the dreaded sorry excuse for a psych clinic they are about one this MONEY.. Saving Money Making money...Went for over a year Every appointmebnt i was brought to tears beyond angery and still to this day "although i refuse to go back after talking with 4 different "dr"s" Am in dire need of real help...After a lifetime of drug addiction and suicide attemps they refuse to give the most basic of health care....oh and if you need a refill, rescedual good luck...you can leave a messege and they might get back to you most likely not in my experience which is more than 7 for sure...i could litteraly go on and on...I saw every single "dr" minus one maybe they are all more concered with maintaining good relationships with the company than your health...I waisted an entie year with nothing gained i am more upset than i can even describe and i havent had an appointment in 3 months....

RUDE AND UNDER QALIFIED STAFF. THERE IS NO STATE LICENSED PSYCHIATRIST IN HOUSE TO DO ACCURATE PSYCH EVALUATIONS, SO FAR A LOT OF MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN OVER A SAT TV. SEEMS THE GENERAL AMBIENCE IS A LOT OF INTERNS IGNORING REQUEST FOR RECORDS . AND REFUSE TO POST OR DISPLAY CREDENTIALS. AND LICENSES. EXTREMELY STRESSED OUT AND UNPROFESSIONAL, LIMITED EXPERTISE IN BEHAVIOR TREATMENT. RACISM ABOUNDS, IF YOU ARE NOT OF LATIN OR MEXICAN ORIGIN YOU ARE A SUB PAR THIRD CLASS PATIENT. THIS OUTFIT NEEDS RETRAINING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACTS FOR ANYONE, BUT YUMA HAS EXTREMELY LIMITED RESOURCES AND EXPERTISE IN THIS AREA COMPARED TO TUCSON AND PHOENIX.
