I paid $500 Ernest down for my house and was told by Ken I would get it back at closing. When we closed on our house I asked the title clerk where my Ernest money was and was told she didn t receive anything (a check)from Ken and I would have to get it from Ken. I called several times and never heard back until I received an email from Acceptance Capital that I needed to re sign my purchase offer and it had been altered showing a $500 increase of my offer price. I made my realtor aware of this and he was unable to recoup my Ernest money but cut me a check from his own profit from the sale. I will only use Veteran friendly lenders from now on!

He went above and beyond and explained things in terms that I, or anyone for that matter, could easily understand. He's got an uncanny ability to connect with people and get things done. He's a hard worker and even more diligant and steadfast when it comes to hitting important deadlines and fulfilling all expectations.
