After reading all the harsh reviews, I figured I weigh in since I've been dealing this brand for almost 9 years. If you have a gripe with the dealer that sold you the trailer, that has nothing to do with Arising and should not be posted on their google listing. The dealer is responsible for making sure the trailer is road worthy before it leaves their lot, then It's YOUR responsibility to maintain it Check your lug nuts, tire pressure, and grease before taking a trip.
As far as a manufacturer, find me one that builds a perfect unit 100% of the time. It's never going to happen. That being said, the features and quality of build for the price vs some of the competition is great. Personally, when it comes time for me to get my cargo built, it will be an Arising.
They have and still do stand behind their product, and I appreciate that they do what they can to resolve issues.

Keep up the good work Arising!

Bought the 5x8x4. AC port was too small, so I sent it in for repairs (Had the trailer less than 48 hours). When I received the finished trailer, the product I received was mangled. Looked like it was thrown back together just to get it out of the shop, as well as the running lights now had a short in it so it blew the fuse in my Jeep. Once again I sent it back to the repair facility. This time, I think I have a decent product (Not thrown together but still some small aesthetic blemishes). Tiered of dealing with the repair facility I take the product intending to fix these small issues myself. I then discover a sticker that wasn't there when I bought it. It being in an odd location, I remove it just to find they damaged my trailer and covered it with a STICKER. The product has taken so much time, effort, and money that I'm deciding to keep it as a "fix-er-upper", as I keep finding things that are wrong. If you do plan on purchasing these after reading this review do not have it delivered. Go to the location and inspect everything from head to toe. You will realize that this is not worth the hassle.

Bought a trailer from Viper Trailer sales at 850 Commercial Blvd., Herculaneum, MO 63048. Worst experience I ever had. The owner is not a polite person at all and is hateful. I wonder why people like this go into business where they have to deal with people if they hate it so much. I have a friend that bought one from him also and had the same thoughts. I had to take my TR trailer back due to poor construction. I am glad a person is able to return a trailer after they buy it in cases like mine.

Bought a 8.5 x 20 to build a concession trailer. I finally started working on after 7 months and am finding all kinds of crappy workmanship that they have tried to hide. I am waiting for the dealer to get back to me. If I owned that company I would be ashamed to say I built this trailer and sold it to someone. The concession window they installed for me is 1/2 " out of square and when the window is open and you stand back about twenty feet it is very noticeable.

I purchased a 6x12SA almost three years ago. I could not be happier with the trailer. It was made so much better than the other trailer factories I visited in GA. Yes I actually went to factories and checked out the walls and frames and roofs. I was impressed with how Arising did the roof because it was wrapped over the edge and not just caulked where the roof met the side wall. Then a piece of trim was put over the roof material where it came over the side. Then caulked. The ceiling has a coating on it that makes it cooler and it is finished off better than the competitors. The spacing of the studs in the walls is closer together and all the wiring for the lights is run at the top of the studs not down in the wall where you could accidentally nick it if you were installing shelving. Pulls perfect down the road at 70mph. It was a few hundred dollars more than the competitors but I think well worth it.

They don't sell to individuals. They sell to dealers, that mark up the prices 100%. They ought to have an in house dealership. Thier profits would increase by 50%, saving the average customer money and get a hell of a lot more business!

I was in the market for an enclosed trailer and I ...

I was in the market for an enclosed trailer and I have heard from several people that for a low cost trailer these are built great for the price. I purchased an arising 7x16 TA enclosed from a local dealer and overall the trailer is good but there are a few issues that i find subpar.

The good,
The frame is fully welded all tubing, for the price this is outstanding. You can find this on more expensive trailers but for the price this is a great feature.

3/4 treated plywood floor, this is great as some lower cost trailers do not use treated. The one I bought has smooth lauan interior which I think looks great.

The average,
With the advertisement saying EZ-lube axles I would assume they would be Dexter axles because they have a trademark on the EZ-lube name. But the brake drums say made in china, I have not taken the drums off to see if any of the components are Dexter or are all Chinese. The hubs are ez-lube style but I do not know if there Dexter or not. Unless Dexter started making drums in china they are not genuine Dexter axles. Not saying they are bad but time will tell. Although they never claim Dexter just ez-lube.

The overall fit and finish is average. Not any worse than other trailers in the price range but just average. The Marker lights are not all straight they are close but a noticeable cant to a few of them. I found a couple screws striped out on the license plate mount. And the trim screws are not in a straight line or centered. It looks like they just eyeballed them when they were installed, Why not just draw a line down the center of the trim and put all the screws centered? Noting that affects the function of the trailer but attention to detail goes a long way showing me that they take pride in their product. But once again for the Price this is expected.

The ugly.
The wiring is NOT good. The problem is with the connections. They use scotch lock connectors for everything. Scotch locks are a quick way to splice into a wire. They are fine for marker lights but they used them as butt connectors on the ELECTRIC BRAKES. A scotch lock is not a high reliability connector it would take the same amount of time to use a Good set of crimpers and butt connectors that if done right are very reliable and can carry more current. This is unacceptable for something as important as brakes and they are exposed under the trailer that will lead to water ingression the wiring and corrosion over time. The other problem is they use wire nuts to connect the main trailer harness to the plug harness this is never a good idea on automotive wiring.

Overall it is a nice trailer and I still give it 4 stars based on price. I feel they beat their competition for an equal priced trailer. You would have to step up $1500 in price to get a similar trailer from other manufactures but if these little issues bother you and price is not a problem you can find trailers out there with better fit and finish.

Bought one last winter. The road salt etched the aluminum, siding is so wrinkled it looks like it was hit, underneath was completely rusted although they said it was undercoated and charged for it, drip edge fell off by rear door, roof leaked, what else. Did I mention this was brand new? after 5 phone calls they finally gave me the option of bringing it back to the dealer 4 hours away or bringing back to Georgia, I'm in connecticut. Finally the dealer stepped up, came and got it and repainted the entire carriage and fixed everything. took two weeks.

bought two Arising trailers brand new, one off the lot, the other special order. The special order trailer had all the lug nuts so loose from manufacturer that the tired sheared off at 65mph on the first trip out. The best part of it all is that first Arising said they would stand behind the damage only to change there mind when they realized there was actual damage

Well, after spending up near 10,000 for this trailer, I have come to realize that when you spend the extra money money for a better trailer, you don't always get what you pay for. I use my 2014 20' enclosed trailer to keep either my snowmobiles in it during the summer and my wheelers in it for the winter and this year I realized that this trailer is no better than the cheap ones out there because to my surprise when I opened it this year, i found that the roof collapsed from the weight of the snow. When I opened my other two trailers, neither one of them had any issues and one of them is quite old compared to this one. When I called the dealer, he stated that the warranty only applies to the original purchasers name. He offered me new steel and I guess I was supposed to start my own trailer repair shop. Its amazing that no one stands behind anything anymore and there is always a loophole to fall out of. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
I will have plenty of pictures soon to show off the quality of workmanship that they produce. By the way the other trailers are a 2013 Pro Line and a 1999 Renegade which had no damage to either of them which were parked right next to the quality trailer I purchased from Arising.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a quality trailer.

I have worked in industrial maintenance for 40 years and do extensive machine /fab work as a hobby also. In 2010 I special ordered an Arising trailer through a dealer in Birmingham Al.. When it was completed we went to the factory to pick it up and was taken on a tour through the plant. The management treated us well and if there's a better trailer for the price in the southeast please inform myself and other potential buyers.
