We are new shared living providers and have had to call Aris countless times for help with paperwork. As long as you are nice to them, they are nice to you! I have witnessed people call about pay check issues and after being rude to them off the bat, complained about getting the same treatment in return! Treat the ladies in this office with respect and they are very helpful.

Also, don't expect payroll to go through if you mess up on paperwork- remember that's your error not theirs. Take accountability and stop the blame game.
