The hotel location is nice, in the center of Mataram, they should more work on the hotel cleanliness. The staff are quite hospitable

An old hotel, renovated to keep up with the times. In the class of Ibis hotels, but with larger rooms. Loved the room I stayed in, clean and had hot water. Breakfast was very so-so, but they said that they were still renovating/updating the kitchen, so they got the food from a nearby restaurant, so can't really rate it. Price was sooooo worth it....if I'm to go back whether it's business or pleasure, will come back here again...

It s quite good for a short stay. Nice location, big bed, good price. The room is too dark though and only has local TV channels (it was rainy day and night, so got a bit bored in the room).

It's not my expected hotel to stay for. Room quite big but they have a square block insite so it's like became small. Pool bit dirt.

Nice affordable hotel in Mataram city. Very clean n new building. Location is in city centre with Alun-alun is in front of hotel. Have small pool on backyard. Breakfast is good and variety.

The hotel is located just in the middle of the city, in front of Sangkareang park. The park and the surrounding could be a good place for jogging since there's many big shading trees.

There's no door in the lobby, so when you step aside you could see directly the receptionist on the right and the dining tables in the lobby. Just a few step inside there's a swimming pool surrounded by local trees.

My room is cleaned everyday during my four days staying here. They put cleanliness on top of everything and I love it. The staffs are friendly, they wear orange shirt all the day. The breakfast was average but when you need omelette just ask one of the staff.

Its okay for budget hotel, clean room, pretty comfort, friendly staff, good location near town square (alun-alun). No lift, need improvement for the breakfast, only a few tv channels.
