1st time staying there, Loved the atmosphere, plus great restaurant selection
1st time staying at Aria. Everything was on point except for the paid parking. Stayed at Thr Wynn/Encore, Bellagio & Cosmopolitan previously. This was the first time I can remember paying for parking albeit it was valet... I did win some money back from the slot machine
We absolutely love vegas. The stay at the Vdara was an enjoyable one. Love the lobby bar.
Kinda boring and far but the rooms are nice and newer
Love this place You should stay in this hotel at least one time in your lifetime!!
The Nutella Brioche was amazing!! Great dessert selections and coffee!
Great place for a 3-day meeting. Central location in the strip. Love the tapas restaurant. Couldn't get into Carbone's or the steak house...needed reservations.
Great service , lovely rooms and good food ..the buffet
An absolutely beautiful hotel. I loved that I could control the room with a tablet. Fun times.
Amazing venue. While not cheap, you are paying for a classy, clean Resort and Casino. Staff is friendly, food in the resort is amazing, pools are beautiful too!
Very clean casino. Best poker room on the strip and the nicest staff you can find. I definitely recommend going here.
Customer Service Was First Class
Especial the door attendants who opened the doors for me in and out.I make sure I tip going in and out of both Resorts their employees deserve to be recognised .
I love it!!! I want to stay there next time I came for a week...
love love love this place ... not too expensive and very nice place to stay the pools are the best!
Very nice hotel. Well located and great facilities to host conference.
Room was amazing. Hotel was spotless. However, the mobile check-in process was broken, so we never found out when our room was ready. They also over charged my bill, but quickly fixed it when I brought it to their attention. Later, had to call them again when charges didn't match the bill. Overall, I would stay with them again, but would closely watch my bill.
One of the best resorts in Vegas. Clean, modern and elegant.
Beautiful casino within the Las Vegas strip. Very friendly staff, and everything within us excellent, restaurants, the pool and all the gaming is great. Recommend for anyone in Vegas to stop by or stay here for their trip.
Clean modern design style. Our room was ready early for us by 9am. We paid an extra 50.00 fee for this though otherwise we wouldve needed to wait until 3pm. It was nice to have this option as our flight came in early. The mobile checkin feature made it simple and fast to get our keys. Literslly once we walked in, we were in our room in 10 min including walking time (vs 40 min at bellagio 1.5 yrs ago - no mobile checkin). The casino area is not very large vs Bellagio or Caesars so i will warn those who love to gamble. Im not a big gambler but i prefer a nice updated room for a good price. We pd an avg of 175.00 per night for a king suite. Remote control lighting and blinds were std. The bathroom had both separate shower n tub, dual vanities, private toilet. I wish they didnt stop there and added a heated bidet seat on the Toto toilet. That wouldve got my 5 star rating. I do understand tho that this may cause more phone calls to front desk..."omg, the water on my too too is too hot...no, its too cold. I still believe it wouldve been a perfect match up for thd caliber of room they presented me with. Im not a smoker. I was grateful that every stroll through the casino or other public areas were not as smoke filled as other casinos. I didnt reak after walking thru in the morning, afternoon, nor late night. Perhaps Aria offers better air circulstion or just had less smokers, either way, my wife n i appreciated it. Transport? We uberred every where so it was super nice that their uber pickup was super easy to get to. In addition, there were heat lamps to keep us warm while waiting no matter what time of day it was. Lastly, the restauraunts were plentiful in that we couldve eaten every meal at Aria every day during our 3 full day stay and not repeat a certain place. I made 1 small mistake though: the buffet was so darn good. We ate brunch on one day. Then decided to try dinner there one day. Oops big mistake! Almost exact same menu items except dinner had skinny, tiny crab legs. Buffet Not wirth it for dinner fellow readers! Try elsewhere but brunch is a great deal!
Awesome view in my hotel . Was a great lounge downstairs bathroom is absolutely awesome Service was awesome anytime we need it to fresh or even ice bucket an extra one it was brought right up no questions asked. Be careful with the refrigerator everything in there is pressurized meaning if you take anything out you will be charged , unless you want something specifically right then and there you're better off ordering Room service or going downstairs to CVS.
This has been my favourite hotel by far on the Las Vegas strip so far! They greeted me with a warm smile! From the front desk staff, the housekeeping - everyone was happy with what they do. The hotel had a wonderful scent, located at an ideal location on the strip and the hotel also offered tons of great amenities! I loved the bathroom more than anything else in this washroom! :)
I'm lucky I got a "comp" room. The veiw is okay during the day and good at night, the hotel layout is terrible on a bum foot long walks just to get the elevator is horrible, night stands are showing wear. Buffet is a hot mess get ready for a two hour wait even if you are able to pre check in( a 750 person seating dining room mid strip??) Avoid it at all cost. The staff is ignorent at best about hotel policy. The slots are tighter than your first love and the table games are average with slightly high minimum bets.
All in all there are better hotels and casinos
Just don't pick up the in room snacks...charged if they are moved for 60 sec or more 12.95 for water and 25$ per day if you put your food into the mini fridge. Otherwise great service within the resort
Not a gamblers casino but this hotel is super nice and comfortable if you can stay there. Fabulous restaurants and clubs and the casino is functional but they're are better casinos to gamble at.
The room was the best. Unfortunately, while my wife was getting dressed, housekeeping barged in at around 9;00 am, about 30 min, or maybe an hour after I called and asked for a noon checkout time. The front desk was hostile when I went there and checked out. They told me twice that something I said was "incorrect". They took the food charges off of our bill. We still feel severely disappointed about the way I was treated. They had no record of my call when I called to complain, and to order Bellhop service. An Unsatisfactory way to leave on our wedding anniversary!!!!!
Definitely an awesome casino. Very well maintained. Friendly staff, and with this whole covid-19 thing they are taking extra measures for your safety.
Was a fun time, It's another casino. Didn't win but, that is expected.
Great staff and location. Best part about Aria is it doesnt smell like smoke like other hotels on the strip. Love visiting.
Posh hotel and service has been wonderful. Clean room, great cleaning and hospitality service overall. That said, it's big, impersonal, and sometimes feels they are trying to nickel and dime you at every turn. Guess that's Vegas!
Very nice hotel. Staff could be a bit more friendly
Beautiful hotel. The staff there knows how to make you feel special. Jessika was so sweet and helpful. She made us feel like we were at home. The suites are amazing! Don't forget to go to Carbone. OMG!
To whom it may concern,
Regretfully, we had missed your survey on our recent stay at your Aria Resort/Casino, from 5/28/18 thru 5/31/18. The first question that I saw, would we recommend staying at the Aria Resort/Casino. Yes, we highly recommend the stay. We've stayed at the Aria at least the last 5 times (could be more). Very good restaurants to choose from. The service, from restaurants to staff employees are impeccable to our liking.
The only one drawback, was the single vanity sink in our room (quite difficult for 2 or more occupants). Loved the King sized bed (very comfortable).
We will be back (who knows, maybe this summer (July or August).
Thank you,
Ruth P. Reuben and William G Johnson
Lobby bar for an after breakfast cocktail was perfect.
Aria is the best casino to stay in on the strip. The staff and the food are phenomenal! There are plenty of options to satisfy every appetite. The gym has something for everyone, however it is not 24/hrs. The place is clean and has the least smoke scent out of all the casinos I've been to. Stay here for a great time!
Mgm city center is amazing. You don't have to walk far in any direction to get whatever you need. Sage restaurant at Aria is my favorite. Bartenders are so friendly and helpful with menu items and fun cocktails. Spent all day Sunday at sports book. Vdara rooms are beautiful. Little kitchens.
Nice modern Hotel Casino, very open , doesn't feel typical Las Vegas hotel casino
Rooms are really cool, everything is connected. I set on the TV to wake me up, and it turned on the lights and opened the curtains automatically when the time came. The whole place is beautiful and still feels new
Walked in to gamble, had a good time and managed to chat with a few dealers who were really fun to play with. good look and feel. Getting my player card was easy too.
The hotel his beautiful and room's are amazing especially the bathroom, the only thing is I had to put a $150 per night security deposit....dont understand why.
Won some money back before leaving. Nice atmosphere.
Beautiful inside and the night shift valet guys are really nice.
Great hotel with amazing service, decoration and rooms. Location is great and lobby is full of amazing and tasty restaurants. The shops are just a door away and they are full of amazing stores that are full of whatever you desire. Loved my experience here and will definitely be back again
Though a tad off the strip which can feel like a long walk especially at night, the Aria is conveniently located for exploring town. Being set back from the strip also means the rooms are a bit less noisy. The casino is nice if a little smaller than others, but the shopping and restaurants nearby have a huge selection. It's also convenient to much of the rest of the strip and the arena thanks to the monorail. Rooms are modern and clean if a little spartan.
Very nice resort with great dining options. Love the weekend brunch
this hotel made me so happy like there was a mall connected to it, a juice press, and near many attractions
Great hotel but getting dated. Its lost its fresh smell.
Me and my wife love this casino we've been there twice and we'll probably be there again because it is so clean and it smells amazing. The best part about it is the pool at the pool is fantastic and it is the best part. Play casino games were amazing to I had a really good luck playing poker and win some money. The sports betting place was updated and it was very nice
One of the newest MGM properties. Very clean and less crowded
We had a lovely stay here for four nights and I must say that this place is absolutely gorgeous! The service, food, facilities and ambiance was excellent. The staff and host were extremely friendly. The room we stayed in was very spacious, warm, clean and well equipped with amazing views to the strip, where you have the advantage of viewing the sunrise, which was just perfect for us. If you are visiting Las Vegas I would definitely recommend staying here! Somewhere we'd love to go back to. Aria casino & resort.
I was here for the buffet. It was recommended by a website for top buffet in Vegas. The hotel is very new and modern. Good location right next to a huge mall. I would stay here next time jsut to see how the rooms are.
Nice casino. Trendy and good decor. Lots of good looking people wandering around. Large conference room center. Buffet is good with lots of different foods that you dont find elsewhere --- BUT hey never seem to be real busy, so the food is sometimes a bit old.
the rooms are big and spacious. I got the strip view room and the view was nice. Everything is automatic in the room, controlled by a tablet. the service has been friendly so far as well.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, very well-appointed trim and decorations. Well laid-out, well-planned. I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet much although the rest of our group thought it was good.
It's the best in the strip. Few rooms have amazing view of the strip. Amazing restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience
It's a beautiful and modern resort in Vegas. Even though a small detail, this hotel smells A LOT better than most of the others in Vegas. They do a great job of venting out the smoke and keep the place smelling great.
The most BEAUTIFUL hotel and the rooms are masterpieces.
Very tastefully decorated and modern. They miss out on a star, for giving us a room facing the backside, even though we stayed a whole week. I would have appreciated a room facing the Strip considering we booked for a whole week.
Then there was the episode with a floor supervisor at the casino who was racist and condescending.
Overall a good experience but certainly room for improvement in a few departments.
It's a state-of-the-art hotel. Claudine at guest services was amazing. Housekeeping was impeccable. Ashley the server at the pool was amazing. The wife said the spa at the Aria was the best she's ever been to. I chose this hotel for my 50th birthday because of the impeccable service. But! I was only disappointed because it was never acknowledged by the hotel. Not a card, not a cookie, not a balloon, not even a happy birthday. nothing !!
Exellent and totally clean if you want to book in, is up to you, if just want to walk around its great ! Notice: The only bad thing, no food court, like McDonalds or that kind a food. ( I love McDonalds )
The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is friendly. There is alot to do here.
It was a beautiful hotel, and a nice looking Casino. Had drinks and food at Javier's, and it was fantastic.
Great hotel. The staff was amazing. On our last night housekeeping did not come. Wired. You must try the Lemongrass restaurant and the gelato place. Both are a little piece of heaven.
Fantastic property in a spectacular location. The rooms are nice, but the tech really makes them special and helps provide seamless comfort. The pools are great, with a relaxing atmosphere and, of course, there are great restaurants. It's definitely a place that was on my "must stay" list and it did not disappoint.
Definitely an amazing experience. Everything from gourmet food, an amazing buffet, shopping, casino, nightlife, pool and awesome rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help make your experience a better one. If you have the opportunity to reserve a cabana at the pool, I would highly recommend it. Top notch service and amenities.... We will be back
A let down. For the money, the Bellagio was better. Aria is super spendy, no coffee in the room, no comp water, no comp mouth wash or saving cream- everything costs. When the cleaners freshened up our room, they took the toilet roll, and didn't leave one. They didn't take the dirty glass, but simply put the little plastic cover on top of it and even left the remains of the drink in the bottom of the glass, and there was a pretty thick layer of duston some of the surfaces. The windows on the outside are filthy. on the positive side, they did bring us a complimentary little frigerator so I could keep her vitamins cool. Otherwise you may not use the minibar to keep anything cool.
Food is good. It's better if you start early and get an ALL DAY PASS.
Very good food no high prices and very good attention at the Buffet love it
The Pub was one of the best Lounge...restaurant...bar...that I've been in...in a very long time. The atmosphere was beautiful the attitudes were beautiful. Customer service was on point. they had a live band which was a guy Johnny.
Very happy with this hotel. Clean, modern and awesome. Good gym. Great location
