Loved this Hotel! Great shops, amenities and so much there to see!!
Loved this Hotel! Great shops, amenities and so much there to see!!
Nice casino, it's centrally located and fairly easy to get around.
Aria had a fast check-in and out system. Very friendly staff and easily readable signs that you won't get lost. The rooms were amazing. Comfy bed with automatic systems for lights and window drapes. The lobby was beautiful and full of Christmas charm. Loved our stay!
Beautiful lobby. Thought it was slightly less busy than some of the other major hotels on the strip which I really appreciated.
Nice resort with good facilities. Modern and contemporary design. Good staff.
Nice atmosphere, outside with waterfall and inside very nice restaurants. Friendly staff. Bar prices within budget.
Service was excellent and so was the food. Will definitely stay here again and reccomend this place. Great fitness center and spa too.
Second visit here. Both great experiences! Friendly staff, very modern rooms and amenities.
They have one of the best buffets in my opinion!!! And I ve been to quite a few in town!
This place was absolutely lush & regal. The hotel and casino complex came stocked with everything you need from a fully functional gaming floor to a series of fine dining spots, upscale bars, a lavish spa, complete gym, and a wonderful salon. I cannot wait to come back! Aria is the go to place for travelers.
Modern, fancy, large! Really liked the look of the casino. We'll be back
We were celebrating my son's 21st birthday.... The music was excellent... The table service excellent... And special thanks to Derrick.. He made the night MAGICAL.. So if you visit the club JEWEL ask for Derrick.. You won't be disappointed!!!!
Great hotel, rooms modern and have good tech. Hotel is not too busy. Pools are good.
It always feels like you are a bit in the 90' with the crowd smoking and playing slot machines, but that's Vegas, right?
The hotel was lovely and room majestic.
Location is prime and gym and spa are lovely.
Everything is overpriced but that's Vegas, right? (25 dollars for the minibar water ;)).
Business wise it's the perfect location to arrange corporate events and the kitchen is absolutely great too.
Great hotel in the center of the strip. Rooms are beautiful and modern. It also has one of the best buffets in all of Vegas, the now offer a $60 all you can eat day pass.(2019) it's not cheap and if you try the $20 trick don't expect too much of an upgrade...I think the staff expects at least $100. Lol. Nice pools and staff is always friendly. If you want a more laid back hotel without all the casino action stay at their sister hotel Vdara just in front.
Best place for PLO poker. Get a M-LIFE MasterCard for free parking.
Top of the line hotel in Vegas. Everything is high end and looks like it too. Has everything there is to Vegas like designer shops, delicious restaurants, poker, clubs. If you got the money, you can live here.
It is a great hotel this all the amenities you need. I give it four star for the room we were in had several things that needed fixing. Instead of just moving us to a new room a handyman worked on fixing the toilet door that did not close (still not closing), and the fix furnace vent that was falling off.
I love the Aria it is beautiful. We had originally reserved a regular room and upon arrival we had asked to be upgraded to a suite with concierge service. The room is amazing and so thought out. The concierge service is lacking in so many ways. They promised that we could go to them about show reservations and to get help but that just did not happen. Such a waste of money if you are counting on great service. The pool areas are a ton of fun but be prepared to spend another 500 dollars to have a chair, umbrella, drinks and food. Overall it is a great place just bring twice the amount of money that you thought you would need . Restaurants are very good as well.
Very modern, new, beautiful hotel. Buffet had an awesome selection, was clean and delicious! Bar service was the best! Hubby won here, so we were extremely happy with our experience!
Went to the Aria specifically to see the waterfall at the entrance and the ice and water whirlpools at the Crystal Mall. It's definitely a wonderful place to walk through. Very artsy and beautiful. The wood that is used in the mall is stunning. Had a great vibe which entices us to come back and stay here sometime.
we went to gamble at the aria. we didn't win any money, but the casino was nice, clean, and the dealers and cashiers were really nice. would go again
Delicious. Nice experience. Highly recommend the lobster fideo tapa and the carne asada tapa. Sangria was also very freshing.
I have visited Las Vegas for the past 20 years as it is a popular destination for conferences. Never experienced anything like Aria. After you arrive from whatever destination you are coming from you want a seamless check in process. Aria self check in, malfunctioned and when I clicked on Help, the staff just stood around and did nothing . Then you get to wait in a line for 30-40 minutes just get to check in. Check in taking over an hour on a Sunday afternoon is totally unacceptable, hence the one star. I would never book with this hotel again.
ARIA Resort & Casino is a great place to be and eat. They had chandeliers and shining crystals all over the place; it was like a gem festival of some sort. There are many restaurants to choose and eat from.
Nice resort for families or people on business. There's plenty of food and shopping options it's like living in a mall for a short time. Nice conference space. Ugly carpet though.
Stayed there 5 times now. That s were we stay every time now
I love this resort. The energy is positive and more focused on entertainment and dining. I'm not a gambler but the slots and tables look fun and are always filled.
Stayed here for a business trip, a bit expensive if out of pocket, but I was traveling for work. The rooms were great, right on the strip. You are walking distance to everything. There are many options for food/drink in your immediate building, and even more just outside. Really great hotel and location.
Walked through the hotel, very nice and modern. Super clean and up to date.
Beautiful upmarket, well designed and stylish modern casino/hotel. Great food options, friendly staff and a good location on the Strip.
I've never actually stayed here, just walked through and ate at a couple of the restaurants. Looks like a top notch, high end place.
Check in took 45 minutes .. check in lines had 20-30 people waiting to served by agent. ..What appeared to be supervisors working behind the counter made little to no effort to add more agents to speed check in process.
The desk work area just were not set up for a business person.
Service was great and all restaurants were just way over priced..
very good place for vacation, and very close to others casinos and shoping centers, very good locations
The Aria resort is very nice. I went there for the AWS conference and was impressed. Would definitely go back there!
Great rooms, casino a bit stuffy and attached to the 1% mall. Onky 1% can afford to even enter.
Absolutely beautiful! Quiet and off the strip but close by to everything. We will be back
Let me start this review stating I am 45 years old and my wife is 38. We are both avid travels for work and pleasure. We have stayed at many hotels so I feel we have an idea of what a great hotel/resort consists of.
Pros:
- great dealer staff; very friendly; very patient and fun
- great casino area and resort is centrally located on strip
- the resort is beautiful
Cons:
- rooms seemed beat up and not well maintained
- no coffee maker in the room
- snacks/booze/water in room are grossly over priced
- registration/check in process lines were incredibly long during our entire stay; get more staff; find a way to get the people in faster; we waited over 45 minutes in this line
- front desk staff very unfriendly
Aria has part of it right but there were so many little things that were wrong which is why they received 3 stars from us. I stayed at Delano that same week for 3 days and it was top notch.
I like the Aria. New. Nice. Not too tough to navigate, but it's still a casino so, definitely some "maze" feel to it.
It's also got a great location on the strip & is walking distance to T-Mobile Arena. Good spot.
Beautiful lobby, very modern. We walked through, gambled alittle, people watched. Nice place.
We went to the safe in aria for the absinthe experiance. The list was large for absinthe options and the different ways you could do it were explained well. It was fun and the flat on not as bad as I remember absinthe tasting lol well worth it I reccomend it to anyone in the area
Cool hotel nice little mall in there they had plenty of Restaurants
Oh Boy! I loved this place. We stayed in a sky suite. I've stayed in other MGM properties that I liked but this is the BEST!! First off we had a limo from the airport to the hotel. Super cool driver. VIP entrance for the suites so no crowds to deal with. Friendly staff and beyond amazing rooms. Plus wine and cheese served in the sky suites lounge at 4pm. Can't go wrong here at all. I will definitely be back!
Aria Sky Suites is a posh way to go. Beautiful upgraded decor and amenities. Clean room, halls and elevators. Comfy furnishings and bed. Excellent view. I would take off half a star for untrained staff at the restaurants. But overall one of the best hotel experience ever in Vegas.
Amazing place. Went to Javier's for lunch and it was amazing! Absolutely recceomend this place. But overall this is a very clean and amazing hotel. You can tell the better casinos by the smoke you can smell, and it's zero in this place.
I can never pin down just one thing that I dont like or is all that wrong with aria I just dont think I have ever had a good visit. Unpleasant color scheme rude employees and you have to pay to park there which I hate!!! I have given aria many tries over the years but with so many better options including the Cosmo next door it will take a lot to get me back in the aria
Great upscale hotel and Casino. Wonderful Buffet. Price is very reasonable for locals. Make sure you mention being a local.
Room was very highly yeah and comfortable. Casino was nice and employees were very friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed the unique decor around the resort and the unique restaurants.
It's a good place but the my life and buffet area what was put on there website is not what was right apparently. I would recommend going but it's not what was expected from a bit place.
Loved every minute of it fantastic hotel fantastic restaurants
Great central location with transportation directly between it and the Bellagio casino. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. We stayed for 3 night and we're not disappointed. During our stay we used the pool and the buffet which were both a good experience.
Would stay here again.
Beautiful and clean. We only stopped in for gambling and drinks, but the floor games were fun and rewarding enough to play for much longer than just a couple minutes. Staff were very friendly and the cocktail waitresses came around just often enough that u weren't left with an empty drink. Considering staying here in our next visit.
Bed uncomfortable. Broken refrigerator full of soda and liquor that I would have to pay for if I move the object slightly. Pillows were not comfortable even in penthouse suite. Overpriced. Keurig didnt even work. I dont know how these places get away with malpractices like this. No microwave, only thing good was the veiw but the location is horrible seeing you have to take bridges to get across street
Very elegant and beautiful hotel buffet very good . Very wide selection of foods desserts and drinks. Enjoyed atmosphere at Casino
Beautiful place and Catch the sushi restaurant was amazing!!
Beautiful well kept plush rooms. Excellent pools, spas and the gym. Eatin options plenty. Friendly staff. Great gambling hall. Negative smoking allowed inside gambling area pools etc.
This is a beautiful resort but with the pandemic the security staff was really pushy with mask WHILE drinking and eating. Over all a good experience but the staff should be trained better.
Great resort. Nice casino. Service is awesome and the rooms are perfect.
Best service, amazing staff, this was the best experiance I have ever had at a Hotel or Resort. From the quality of the linen, steam showers, jetted tub. The entire room controlled by an I-Pad. Can't say enough about the quality of the experience.
Have stayed here before and love the upscale offerings. Last night, we walked over from the Cosmo, did a little shopping in Crystals mall, and had drinks at the bar in Javier's. We ordered delicious food- chips and salsa included- and shared a plate of tacos. Love the music, crowd, and high class vibe.
Aria is beautiful and a great location to get started on everything there is in Vegas
Nice hotel. Most of the staff is very pleasant and accomodating.
On 4/7/17 I started with an email about an electric razor I left behind after a stay at the Aria from 3/31/17 to 4/7/17. I sent that first email from the taxi taking me to the airport 30 minutes after check/out.
2 more emails and 5 phone calls later to front desk; then a x-fer to Housekeeping, I was told each time, "we'll look and call you back."
It's now May 7. I know it's my fault for leaving it there, but no call or follow up? I just wanted to know if you found it, or if I should just buy a new one.
Don't bother at this point, because I'm certain you're still looking for it, I bought a new one. But I would rather have spent the $125 and taken my wife out to dinner.
This after the manager of your hotel spoke at our 1500+ guest meeting about customer service....
Very spectacular hotel and casino. Excellent rooms and the view is perfect in any single room. Restaurants and bars are the top of the line. Definitely a place to stay.
This place is upscale and high dollar for sure. The slots are greedy and they don't have anything cheap. The location of the hotel is good and the rooms seemed quiet. Although the rooms are nice but their is no coffee or fridge. The fridge they have is full of way way way over priced drinks. It's nearly impossible to get free water unless you get it out of your bathroom in the room. The pool and hot tubs closed at 6pm which also sucked. Lack of night entertainment and has one very very small sports bar. Was there during NFR week and couldn't watch it so basically visited other places.
Pure luxurious. Enjoyed every thing about this hotel.
Beautiful space but a little expensive for my tastes.
Gorgeous place to stay, right in the heart of the strip!!! Great food as well
My husband and I stayed at the Aria for my birthday for 3 days last month. I had a GREAT time, and this hotel is wonderful! The staff from the time we stepped out our cab was very welcoming. Our room was on the 29th floor facing the strip, the view at night was AMAZING. The decor throughout the hotel is modern, clean and the casino did not smell like smoke. The Five50 pizza was outstanding and the buffet offered many delicious options. We had a 10:30 pm flight back home, so we were able to extend our checkout from 11am to 6pm for an extra $100.
Beautiful and clean casino with fantastic restaurant options.
Beautiful, technologically advanced hotel! Large casino floor from penny slots to high roller poker rooms. Food options are endless, delectable, and oh uh a...pricey! Be prepared to drop some coin on dinners here. The restaurants are amazing but they are not cheap. Late night options as well for those pre-bed munchies. Pizza by the slice is good; it better be though for $8 a slice! My rating is more 4.5 stars here. Would be five, but the lack of cheap, quick food options, with nothing else that close outside of the resort loses the .5
Aria Resort & Casino is a first class hotel and casino. The decor and atmosphere are wonderful and inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants on location are great and serve delicious dishes, especially my favorite the "Lemongrass" Thai restaurant.
One of the later generation of casinos on the strip a.d without doubt one of the nicer ones. I was there on a conference and their function rooms were nice, well lit and easy to find
Vegas looks amazing at night.. Not so much in the daylight... but this place helps significantly when the sky turns the lights on. Sexy and fresh place to stay
The rooms were incredibly dirty (especially water glasses with brown coated glasses)and furniture outdated. Not to mention how worn the furniture was absolutely awful either holes or dents everywhere in my room. On top of the fact the casino workers were incredibly rude. Would not recommend.
Gorgeous hotel and casino! Very clean and just looks amazing! I would love to stay here in the future. Great casino games. 10/10 would gamble there again.
Upscale, high tech rooms. Great shopping and food options.
