ARHAG Housing Association Ltd Review

Arhag is very concerned its not out of pocket. It makes tenatns pay nearly £20 refundable fee a month on top of their rent to ensure there are no gaps
Arhag is slow and disorganised. It doesn't check contractors have done jobs or shown up
I have had a contractor sign off on a job he never even saw.
I in every 3 appointments is a no show or late or cancelled or rearranged without notice.
Arhag has refused to fix my damp and mould.
I have had 5 housing associations Arhag is the worse by far.

Just got off the phone to Arhag to report some repairs on my parents property. The service was very poor. Spoke to someone called Abdul who fobbed me off by telling me to email pictures of the issue?! I previously emailed them in October and go no response and now going round in circles. Poor service from a poor housing association!

Not worth 1star .repair service non existent. Reported broken cord on extractor fan in KITCHEN electrician came to repair BATHROOM fan.still waiting 5weeks .they recently destroyed gardens saying it was a mistake. It's not a mistake when destroyer had photos and instructions to spray weed killer over everything. Been waiting over 5 months for walk in shower room to be repaired .P.S I'm a wheelchair user

Worst experience of a housing association, always seem like they re in a hurry to get you off the phone, lack empathy towards their tenants. Good luck trying to get any repairs done they literally ask you to wait 40 days.. extremely unresponsive , unreliable and always a delay when trying to get anything resolved

Very very poor customer service. Especially from the management team, Issac. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The way he talks to people, this should not be allowed. Rude, patronising, unhelpful, demanding. No people skills or empathy. Quick to threaten people with court orders and eviction, but not willing to help when it comes to sorting out maintenance for their tenants.

Terrible organisation. Bunch of thieves. If any staff members ask for your Universal credits log in, don't provide it because they're making fraudulent claims using your details.

Worst Housing Association ever! We have moved in 7 months ago and our account hasn't been setup yet so we can't pay service charge yet despite we have been chasing them to give them money for 7 months now. We still have issues with gas supply and no one was able to help us. We are wasting so much of our time to solve problems that they have caused.

Arhag is worst and I don't understand why the government keeps financing this organisation which provides bad services to the tenants.
The maintenance service is none existent, everytime you report a fault, the agents with non customer relation management skills will start arguing with you to blame you. We have been without heating for 3 weeks in the temperatures of -2 degree but they are not not able to sort out the issues with their contractors who basically lies all the times with bogus appointments without turning up to more that 4 appointments. K and T heating with rude agents and hang up the phone because I was asking to guide me with the process of filing a formal complaint.
