Location for GSK consumer healthcare head office 19th floor

Unique Archotectural design, amazing tower with 6 levels Podium n luxury Corporate units, superior interior neat n super clean

Typical Dubai office tower. The offices are functional, the elevators are confusing (two level system - first to bring you above parking, second to the office floors). Parking for visitors is only available on the street, so you need to drive a bit looking. One good restaurant on the ground floor - no match to mixed use towers with hotels like Media One that has half a dozen restaurants.

I've visited this office for a client meeting with GSK. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance (you can go inside the building only from one side - next to the restaurant). I also had to change elevators to get to the higher levels of the building, which was a bit confusing.

The area is extremely busy with the AUD (American university Dubai ) opposite it next to no parking available esp on the roads

Very nice looking tower specially if you view in nights lighting on top of tower enhance it's beauty

Car Parking is main problem here and akward behaviour of the staffs & securities. Highly disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED

Nice tower but you will face problem with parking your car specially in summer hot weather u need to walk around 500 to 800 mtr in over 45 degree temperature to reach the tower gate

The building is accessible to the metro station and to the main road. It has sufficient elevators in the building.

High rise office building in Dubai media city. No problem for parking.

Easy to access by Metro. Have to get down at Nakheel Metro Station and it's just 3 min walk from there.

You can have an amazing view of the whole Dubai from the building.

Well Maintained office tower with parking floor and Metro access

One of the biggest tower in internet city area located near American University in Dubai(AUD). Get a parking slot near the building is very difficult. The building parking is deaigned for ARENCO tower residents and business users only.
