Friendly staff and two excellent stages make a wonderful night. They don't price gouge for drinks either.
The shows are on-the-ground oriented.

Very disappointing that the management have refused to allow the fact based play "FBI Lovebirds: Under Covers" go ahead there.
A tragedy for free speech in a country that was based on it.

I love Arena's selection of plays- they are insightful, thought-provoking and always very entertaining.

1977 saw Happy the Man there and the entire concert done in the dark. Group was hot.

The DC area is in a flux changing, but worth a view from time to time.

We get season tickets every year. Each year sees a great variety of shows and talent. It will only get better as the downtown wharf area is fully developed.

Great venue. Prepaid parking is easy and convenient. Located near the water; we had time to walk a bit before the show. Turn me Loose was very good.

Went to an evening yoga session here that was unique and fun. Will have to come back for a play now!

Nice place and no seat is bad...maybe a few tight seats but overall great place to watch a show. Parking is limited but if you Metro in off the green line to Waterfront stop it drops you off a block from the arena.

Arena Stage is a real jewel. Productions are always first rate. And now with the development of the Wharf across the street there are plenty of pre or post show dining and beverage spots nearby.

The production of "Moby Dick" at Arena Stage was fabulous!

Top quality! From the front desk staff to the ushers to the shows themselves, it's a wonderful experience. The venue is intimate, but the talent is of the highest order. Coming here will spoil you on other venues.

Arena Stage presents quality theater in a beautiful facility on the DC Waterfront. You can choose from pure entertainment or thought provoking productions. I see 4 or more plays annually at Arena Stage and have never been disappointed. Parking is sometimes a challenge with Nationals Baseball close by and the new Warf development rising around their facility. There is easy Metro access nearby that is a block away.

Attended "Ann" in Kreeger Theater. Not a bad seat in the house, and the show was AMAZING! A must see!

GREAT customer service. And as a new subscriber, I had a signed card at my seat when I arrived! FANTASTIC.

I have to drop off for the ship. The Ship does not negotiate with the construction crew at all. To there's a big parking lot not being used. I have seen local companies drop as far as 3 blocks away. Spread the word. Save any money from getting extra tickets.

Love this venue. Parking is hard to find, or pay $$ at a garage. Very accessible by metro.

My favorite theater in DC. They have three stages for theater in the round, standard theater, or experimental theater.

Great venue. Loved the staging in the smaller venue. The Arena Stage is a great community space.

My first time being at the renovated theater. Very nice.

Architecturally, a gem. The artistic director selects Fab shows with incredible production values. The selection of plays can be a little too consciously "progressive", and in consequence too earnest. I say this as a someone on the port-side wing-tip of the US political airplane.

I've been impressed with the venue, as well as the performances I've seen there such as Ann and Jitney. There's not a bad seat in the house.

Great venue with attentive and friendly staff. Anything Goes was awesome! The chemistry of the actors was perfect and the singing and dancing was amazing! Awesome performance of a classic.

Facilities are new. Parking situation was atrocious. Not a good conference location, but plays or other things could be better there.

Nice location but parking is extremely challenging. While there is limited parking under the venue, the parking staff are rude and dismissive.

All Stages - Great Seating; Great Environment; Employees are the absolute best- whether in person or on the phone!Valet Parking; Easily Accessible. I haven't eaten here, but I would imagine that it would be quite acceptable.

I go to a few shows and there is a great sense of integrity for the arts seeing the ushers dressed in uniform and shutting the doors promptly before the shows start.

Awesome venue. Catering staff served delicious food. Definitely a great place for birthdays, weddings, and other personal events.

wonderful venue with terrific shows. major pain in the *** to park. they need to do something about that or risk losing subscribers and patrons especially as construction within the area (Waterfront) increases.

Today was the start of Theatre Week at Arena Stage. Theatres from all over the DMV was there!

The show was excellent. Beautiful costumes and the actors were stupendous. My family and I had a wonderful time.

A bit hard to navigate if there for an event but is a good space

Loved this space. Attended a conference there and was enthralled with the various spaces available for different types of sessions. The restroom and eating facilities are also very well maintained.

The Arena Stage does a wonderful job of bringing excellent theater to many people. I have to say I still miss the old arena Stage that felt more intimate and personal. The new building is massive and with the impossible traffic and parking outside and the hordes vying for bathrooms and beverages I feel herded like cattle while there. And the cafeteria food is... I'll be nice and say mediocre.
Criticisms aside, I've been a loyal customer for 40 years and hope to continue for another 40. The Productions are usually fantastic , well worth the hassles described above. The stage sets, acoustics, and seating arrangements are excellent, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Thank you for all of it.
