I went yesterday to test drive a Toyota Camry Hybrid and worked with Austin. I did not buy the car. The numbers did not align with my budget. And as the world is aware, it s the worst time to buy a car. However, I would be remiss if I didn t comment on Austin s professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and demeanor. He was not pushy in any way. I respect that. I was candid with him when I arrived and told him if the numbers did not align with my budget, I was not buying the car. He actually spent some time with me sharing his knowledge of other makes and models that might be closer to where I wanted to be financially. He was EXCELLENT! I wish all car salesmen/women would take the time to actually listen to the customer, listen, and ask questions. It s a no-brainer, but it seems to escape most. Everything from my first conversation with Danielle, to John(?) the manager, and finally, Austin, was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Ardmore Toyota to friends and family.

Service was on-point.
Austin was informative - able to answer any questions and take care of any issues or concerns. He did an excellent job at keeping me updated with the status of my new Tacoma, when it would be arriving, and offered assistance every step of the way. No time was wasted. Overall an easy-going, friendly experience. Cheers!

I was encouraged to write this review I am new to this review process online but will be transparent. My process buying a new car went very smooth and I received a deal. We will return for my wives newest vehicle I love my new truck search online for comepetive rates and come prepared to negotiate any terms

Jeff Levlin was my salesman. From the day I emailed him, to two months after the truck arrived, he was extremely responsive to all my emails and got me the best possible deal. On top of it, he even delivered the truck to my house. Would recommend the dealership and Jeff to anyone who needs a car.

& lastly, to the high energy, hysterical, finance Wiz-, 'Z' man, who pushed my veterans status to the banks & got me the best rates!!

I am exceedingly grateful to have encountered such an ideal team of experts & polished professionals. It was truly an exceptional experience!! In fact, the entire ordeal was as pleasant & down to earth as one could ever imagine. Truly TEXTBOOK as to how a car dealership should be run.

It is my gut feeling that the entire car sales profession would be far more advanced if it were saturated with the likes of the Supreme staff as that at Ardmore Toyota!!

This was the best and most stress-free car buying experience we ve ever had. Mike Karp was super friendly and knowledgeable. We felt like he genuinely wanted us to leave with a car that we loved and suited our families needs. We bought a certified pre owned 4Runner and couldn t be happier. Highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience at this location. I was a walk in and immediately greeted and directed to a sales consultant named Jeff. Very happy I was directed to him. He is super knowledgeable, helpful and provided me with accurate information that better fit my needs. He had a great follow up with me during the entire transaction. The whole service experience was very personalized and genuine. Highly recommend this dealer and if you can work with Jeff, even better.

Excellent service center! Super friendly staff, walked me through everything my truck was due for, and kept me updated as service was performed. The waiting area was very clean with work desks to get some work done while you wait. I will only be servicing my vehicle at this location. Love it.

Had a great experience with the staff at Ardmore Toyota, particularly Cody. My wife and I were looking for a new car because we are expecting a baby soon. Cody was super knowledgeable and reviewed all of the safety features of various models we wanted to look at. He was very flexible with us when we couldn't make up our mind about what car to buy. Cody made the buying process super easy for us, and we will go back to Ardmore Toyota to buy our next car!

We love our Toyota Highlander!! Our salesman, Steve, was very helpful and moved us through the car buying process quickly and efficiently. He was great to work with. The car rides like it is brand new and the service department did a great job detailing it for us.Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
