I went yesterday to test drive a Toyota Camry Hybrid and worked with Austin. I did not buy the car. The numbers did not align with my budget. And as the world is aware, it s the worst time to buy a car. However, I would be remiss if I didn t comment on Austin s professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and demeanor. He was not pushy in any way. I respect that. I was candid with him when I arrived and told him if the numbers did not align with my budget, I was not buying the car. He actually spent some time with me sharing his knowledge of other makes and models that might be closer to where I wanted to be financially. He was EXCELLENT! I wish all car salesmen/women would take the time to actually listen to the customer, listen, and ask questions. It s a no-brainer, but it seems to escape most. Everything from my first conversation with Danielle, to John(?) the manager, and finally, Austin, was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Ardmore Toyota to friends and family.
