My mom lived at Arden Court for 3 months. We visited other facilities but we all agreed that Arden Court was the place for mom. The facility was clean, the staff was kind, and it just felt right. There were some ups and downs but the one thing we can say is that the staff at Arden does care. There are too many staff members to name but we wanted to let them know we appreciate what they did for our mom.

My husband's dementia (Lewy Body and vascular) made his first month at Arden Courts North Hills very challenging for everyone. His care team's deep experience helped him adjust to his new home with understanding, compassion, and creativity. Our family is deeply grateful for taking such good care of him, helping us better understand what's happening, and building trust and partnership between us for the years ahead.

My husband lived at Arden Court for a year and a half. After his diagnosis with early onset Alzheimer's, we moved back home so he could specify stay there. I'm not going to lie, my husband was not an easy person to deal with. However, the entire staff was so patient and understanding. They always made him and our family feel comfortable and loved. He received exceptional care from the moment he got there until he passed. Thank you Arden Court for all that you do.

My Dad entered Arden Courts in October, 2019. It was a hard decision for our family but it had really reached the point of how to keep Dad safe. Arden Courts could keep Dad safe. What we didn't know then was that they would do so much more for Dad and for us. The staff is beyond amazing. Dad was engaged in activities morning, afternoon and evening. The staff got to know him and found ways to engage him that suited his needs. Having spent a lifetime in the business community dad was quickly put to work helping with activities, keeping track of "paperwork", bottom line he was made to feel needed and competent. Every staff person called him by name, called members of our family by name and made us feel welcome anytime we walked through the doors. One of my fondest memories is when I had taken Dad out for the afternoon and brought him to my house and after a few hours, he asked me if I could take him home. Home was Arden Courts. As Dad's condition deteriorated Arden Courts communication and support was excellent. Our family will forever be grateful to Arden Courts.

My Dad was a resident of Arden Courts for 15 months. The decision to move Dad into a facility was very difficult. The entire staff from administration, caregivers, activities, housekeeping and dining were friendly, welcoming and caring. Activities were offered all through out the day and the staff quickly found ways to involve him. Our family is very appreciative to Arden Courts for the patience, love and caring that was shown to Dad and our family.
