My experience was horrible. The sales reps lie cheat and steal and do trickery to get you to switch devices, change devices, into new devices, Etc. They are not I repeat not a corporate store. They are a quote-unquote authorized dealer. I would suggest avoiding them like the plague.

Worked at this company for 9 months. EXTREMELY SHADY practices. Hiring bonuses and incentives were switched around and had conveniently placed deadlines so Archtelecom could avoid paying commissions and bonuses to employees. I Can t even call their office to get my W2 s sent to the correct address because nobody in Human Resources ever picks up the phone

The customer service line when you call the company phone number just says to email the company.

After 30 minutes of dialing all the menu options someone from IT was the first human I was able to get a hold of. He was very polite and was able to help me with some information.

At the end of the day Archtelecom is really Dogwater when it comes to customer support, paying their employees, and telecommunications.

This company is a joke! I also received extremely rude service at a Kiosk located inside South Hills mall in Pittsburgh, PA. Their employees are not knowledgeable and feel it's absolutely OK to be combative with Sprint customers. I would advise anyone to stay away and DO NOT let them access your account.
