Arcadia Builders (Domenico D'Auria) designed and constructed a wonderful, custom house for my wife and me. Domenico has a gift for listening to his clients discuss what they want in a house. He then translates this into a building which exceeds expectations.
We absolutely love our Arcadia-built house! Domenico has a great sense of style that he brings to his design work. Being highly organized, the construction proceeded at a brisk pace and rarely did a day go by when, if not one, multiple tradesmen were hard at work. And, we were never overcharged for change orders.
Perhaps the most important part of the custom home process was the interaction between us and Domenico. As Arcadia's owner, project supervisor and accountant, we were never shuffled off to another party. We dealt with one person who listened and helped guide things to an incredibly satisfying result.
