As jy voor 1995 gebore is, maak jou maar gereed. Daar was 3 sang groepe wat almal goeie (harde) rock gespeel het, die gehoor was BAIE bedrywig en die uitsmyters het hul hande vol gehaad (maar as jy 18 is sal jy dit seker geniet). Donker, vuilerag, HEELTEMAL te min toilette (twee om presies te wees, vir 100++ mense!). As jy 30 is gaan jy n outoppie wees in die plek, nie n romantiese plek nie, maar dit lyk of die "kinders" om my dit geniet het.

Restaurant / bar with a great vibe and delicious pizza. The prices are average and the service is friendly. The bathrooms are appalling though, and the general space isn't as clean as you'd expect.

I love the move and it has been long work to put they're best

A great place for young people its a bit untidy, but none the less you'll have great fun with your friends

I don't think this venue should host any kind of event.i was at the game of Thrones quiz last night.. For 1...It took 2 hours to get pizzas .2..they where turning away ppl coz they were to full and coz They didn't plan the event properly teams didn't know they had to register so more ppl were turned away ..
Also their dj /quiz master sucked ..

A place for music that has 2 stages. One for electro or drum and bass as well as a main stage for bands.

Food is delicious and has 2 bars available to have drinks from.

Not even worth mentioning. Slow bar service. Very common people and basically just a place for children.

Had some good nights here, but it's definitely not big enough to handle the crowds they let in... Hopefully it'll improve.

Drinks are pretty expensive, music is okay but the vibe is usually quite good.

Very #universal! The racial tension that you feel in other places is job existent here!! It's all about the vibe and the music and great minds engaging! Exellent and friendly bar tenders! All round perfection if you looking for open mindedness!!!

One of the worst places to go if you're looking for a fun night. It's been more than a year since I visited and it will be even longer before I go again. Tried booking a table online for a quiz event and get no response from the website, then I call to confirm and am told that booking is not necessary for the event,yet when arriving am surprised to see others have booked tables and the event is now too full for us to compete in the quiz.

On top of that, the place is way too full to try and have a good time, the service is slow and the barmen are generally rude and non-helpful. We ended up going to hooters nearby instead and had a great time.

Awesome shows and cheap entrance on big events. Need to upgrade their bathrooms as there is not nearly enough toilets for big crowds.

This has been my venue of choice for years. Some epic shows and parties have gone down here. Management is not the friendliest and it can be a struggle to get a drink sometimes but they keep the riff raff out for the most part.

Great place to see your favorite live bands. I don't go as often but it's fun. I wouldn't suggest if you a clean freak or not OK with rowdy crowds

Nice if there is an event there, otherwise it is dead quiet. It can get a little gross after an event, but what do you expect from a place that targets masses of students.

Well, the evening started out well till Timo odv came up on stage the whole dance floor was completely packed you cannot move the door was literally impossible to get out and in of. The worst experience ever... Paying 135 rand to just walk around a small humid fans were off. Felt like a sauna, don't watch live bands here... Waste of time and money.

Really fun, had some good parties here. Great atmosphere, quick service, only thing barring 5-stars is a small performance area for top bars, which can feel overcrowded

Where else will you get rock 'n roll in the capital city? Was there for an awesome New Years party (2016/17) and the place was great.

Nice place to hang out and they are very cheap. R 20 for two beers!! Nice bar food and there is even a vape shop. They have some great events every now and then and the staff are really friendly. Looking fro somewhere to have a nice after work beer with good music on a Friday. This is the place to be.

Arcade Empire offers a good variety of regular and special events. I can definitely recommend pizzacoustics and quiz-night. Parking nearby in The Grove mall or on the premises. Bouncing staff could be better. Overall great place if you are looking for a jol.

Fun place, but bring the right friends, and make sure to attends events that fit your tastes. Jam jars here rock

This is an okay night shot. The crowd is a bit younger, which can be annoying at times. I would definitely avoid it for bigger events, like New Year's Eve and Halloween, because it's unpleasantly full, the venue isn't really built for so many people, and there are absolutely ridiculous queues (even at the entrance, if you've pre-purchased tickets). They have worthwhile bands every now and again. They've started serving pretty good food from Box Car Deli, which is just outside.

Amazing place to chill at. Reasonably priced and has good service. If you ever decide to visit try their pizza it's something special

Not gonna lie, some of the facilities were run down when I visited. Even if they weren't I probably wouldn't go again

Love this place! Live performances are always amazing, vibe is always on point, food is amazing and the staff are very pleasant, lots of space and bar games what's not to love!

The food was great pub style food, the atmosphere was nice and vibrant and the staff are really good people to talk with. You can have a very nice time here and it won't cost you an arm and a leg!!

Arcade Empire is now known as Die Padstal. Great food, cheap drinks, nice place.

I enjoy the atmosphere as it is mostly young people this place can get busy at times drinks and food is always on point represented by friendly staff.
