I completely overhauled my work attire here for under $100. Now I can look professional and feel great about how I look even though I'm on the bigger side of things. At the same time I helped my very tiny petite friend restock her work attire, too!

Left quite a bit frustrated today. Yesterday we were told we could put a couch on hold and pick it up the next day. They took down our names and time we would be there to get it, and were specifically told to wait to pay until we picked it up the next day. When we arrived today the couch was sold and we were informed by the manager that "they don't do holds". Just beware, they don't actually do holds.

The selection here is by far the worst of any Arc I've ever been.

Really unprofessional, and judgemental, Walked in with two kids and a daiper bag and they wanted to check my bag before and after i left the store. So if you have kids dont take them here. Or you will automatically be guilty of stealing.

I was impressed by their book and music collection. Also lots of nice housewares and decently priced furniture. Staff was friendly and the overall environment was just fine.

Really impressed with the Arc of Spokane! I went with my Grandma and it was so easy to find everything we could possibly want to look for.

This really isn't a thrift store, more like a used clothing store. Similar in price to Plato's Closet - they know the value of what they have, and won't fail to make a profit if they can. Don't expect to find many 'steals' here.

They are friendly and they have clothes in my size.

A large second hand shop, a wide range of products. The store has good toilets, convenient parking. Good location of the store.

Way overpriced! They had nice things, but I'm sorry, $5.99 for a used t-shirt just because it says Adidas? Please! I can go to target for that price! Kids clothes also high. $5-6 for a 2t sweatshirt is just too much. I probably won't bother again.

Craft section and kitchen items always the best here!!!

Arrived just before store closed. Associates allowed us to browse while they started their shut down routine. Pleasant

There is a lot of stuff to choose from in the limited space offered. Prices are good for the most part. I found a true B Makowsky bag in almost Brand New condition for $14.99! I will be going here again.

It is clean and somewhat organized. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and smell clean, so that is nice. Their prices are okay, they aren't cheap and they aren't too spendy. I never really find much here. But it isn't bad

Love this thrift store for their prices and selection. Never leave empty-handed. However, their bathroom needs attention. And maybe open up more registers quickly when there is a line. Employee are very friendly.

It's absolutely amazing you can find all kinds of things here. One of my favorite things is thrift-ing and this is the place we stop by every time.

Like the store alot, it's clean, the people that work there are friendly and helpful. The specials are great, l go there quite often l would easily rate it five stars..

The Arc of Spokane thrift store has so many big sales ,like 1/2 off of nearly everything on Saturdays and seniors 1/2 off of most things on Mondays no other thrift store does that.

I'm from out of town and love to shop thrift stores I stayed in a hotel not far from this store so I thought i would check it out. I found a nice pair of shorts but when I looked at the price tag they wanted $8.99 for a non name brand plan black pair of shorts I think that is a little ridiculous. I shopped around some more and just found that there price on a lot of things where way to high. So unfortunately I just left with nothing a waste of my time.

I bought three items that all had holes in them. I realize I should have looked closer at them, but they were over charging for the pieces in the first place which made the experience more negative to me. My first experience in the store was a positive one and I found some great pieces. Maybe it s just hit or miss..

When money is tight, this is the place to go for money conscious shopping.

Things are reasonable priced! The customer service could be better. Lots of books, clothing, and household goods.
