Left quite a bit frustrated today. Yesterday we were told we could put a couch on hold and pick it up the next day. They took down our names and time we would be there to get it, and were specifically told to wait to pay until we picked it up the next day. When we arrived today the couch was sold and we were informed by the manager that "they don't do holds". Just beware, they don't actually do holds.
