Extremely frustrated with their pickup team. Called and confirmed a scheduled pickup with several different people 3 times and they still missed a pick up and then said they couldn't come until next week. Leaving us with a couch in our complex hallway. Thanks guys

This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Spokane. Items they put out for sale are in good shape, many named brand clothes. They test electrical, if it's not working or cant be tested its written on the price tag. Saturdays are the day to go, everything but the newest weeks tag is 50% off.

Not dependable on picking up donations. They won t pick up unless its on your porch or entryway. I movrd my chair out there, and then they didn t show up. Also, they won t give a time window for pickup. I won t bother donating to them again.

I never leave this place empty handed. Whether I'm looking for necessities or collectables. Clean, open and inviting store. Large selection of inventory to choose from. It might take sometime to see everything, as this is a big store. But definately worth the hunt. I also really appreciate supporting a company that has such an impact on providing inclusive oppurtunities, for all. Thank you

What the stereotypocal thrift store should be, a very mixed bag that takes time to sort through. The clothing and shoe collection is varied, but virtually no organization whatsoever, it requires diving in and searching. It has a good amount of useful items like books and furniture, and a weird supply of kitsch. They also have different colored tags that go on sale on different days like larger chain thrift stores.

Good prices, nice selection, and friendly staff just about sums it up. There s lots of clothes for all sizes, books, toys, housewares, shoes, furniture, and some jewelry. Bathrooms were clean and in working order. Good place to stop in.

Kinda overpriced. But, I bought the Abercrombie & Fitch shorts there that cost me $7 which was a bit pricey but I was in desperate need of shorts that day, lol.
I usually shop at Value Village because I have a Club card that helps me saving tons of money!

I used to shop here at least monthly sometimes weekly but found I can no longer contribute to this business. For one the slender blonde long haired manager apparently does not know a good customer when she sees one as I I've been going here often 21/2 years and now treated like a criminal because I carry a backpack. On top of that I went through the store one day finding all the best deals and she tried to tell me several items were priced wrong and refused to sell them at the labeled price, how is that my fault as a customer? I left upset that I was not able to bring home my finds because she wanted to dictate what was priced correctly and what wasn't at the register. Poor customer service skills indeed.

It's either a hit or miss. More expensive than Goodwill, but I've found some really good deals there. They have a very large selection of clothes for men and women and sometimes they get new overstock from local stores. It's always on my thrifting map of Spokane but I've definitely walked out the store empty handed a few times. I wish their prices were lower.

Alert: customers please watch your receipts. Went in was helped by an older heavier set lady and bought a couple items that were half off amongst many other things. Well for one I DID NOT get half off, went back into the store and spoke with the same lady and all I could get was in store credit; fine only 5$. Then went out to car and was able to examine the reciept a little better and noticed we were charged 2x for multiple items up to 30$ worth. So we went back in and started talking to thin shorter women with short dark hair. Explained to her the scenario and that I was not going to just get in store credit for that, that I wanted my money back. Her exact response was "its all in store credit" I then said again no I wanted my money back I should not "have" to spend money in here for an employees mistake, I just spent more than 100$ now and that hopefully the employee has not done this to just more that I. Her reaponse was ya welp she is going through some stuff and Unfortunately remained very sassy and rude.
Ultimately I did get my money back but truly feel this could of been handled in a better way. This establishment has lost my business. 4/26/19 @ 3:30pm.

Very organized and clean. Separated by mens, women and children. Then into their respectful catagories according to type of garment then additionally organized by size. Which makes thrift store shoping a breaze!

Rude, RUDE, RUDE cashiers and everything is SO overpriced!
Every time I stop here I regret it. Not going back. Just not a fan of paying exorbitant prices for junk
and getting mean mugged by the angry people who work here. The Arc does amazing work in the community--this place is a disgracing their good name.

Great selection and good prices. I have a bad taste in my mouth after my last visit. I had a punch card with them where every $10 you spend you get a punch and at 10 punches you get $10 off. I went in today with 8/10 punches and spent $39. When I got to the counter they told me they changed the system and wouldn t honor my old card, every $1 you spend now equals 1 point and at 150 points you get $10 off. It just sucked because I felt like I lost money even after coming there for a few years.

Donated a few boxes of stuff and a piece of furniture; donation attendant was immediately with us and friendly to boot (plus a free coupon for donating!)Awesome selection, great sales on Saturdays - aisles were a bit tough to navigate with a cart, but only a few. Cashier also super helpful and full of energy, let us keep the heavy items in the cart for our convenience during ring-up. Will shop here again!!!

We were met by a friendly young man who took our clothing donations off our hands. Inside, the store was very clean and most of the merchandise was also clean - they missed a few things. Very friendly staff... the best I've seen among the businesses of this type in Spokane. We bought a lot of stuff at great value.

I adore this place. Always a great deal and something magical hidden each time I come in. Today it was a classic wicker picnic basket. Heard once that this location was going to close...i really hope it does not. Close to downtown and wonderful staff

I shop here often and can usually walk out with 2 or 3 like-new tops for around $10. It's a large store with a lot to offer. They offer senior and military discounts on certain days of the week as well as marking done items that have been there awhile. In addition, parking is easily available.

Setup very much like a Goodwill. Prices seemed somewhat reasonable but it was hard to find where certain sections were. Toys and Games had nothing but kitchen and other knick knacks in it which didn't make a lot of sense.
