This should say a lot considering I didn't even use them for my home loan. These guys are incredible! I worked with Rob and if my financial situation appeared differently I would have definitely used Arbor Mortgage! The reason why they get five stars is because they were so transparent and compassionate about helping others! I showed Rob multiple home loan products, several of which were from his competitors. One of the products was super ideal for my situation and they guided me towards it even though it wasn't something they could offer. To me, that shows that they value the customer beyond just trying to make a few bucks. They consider your financial situation and ensure that you get the best option out there! Come on in, their greased up and ready deal.closed a refi a Year ago, get a call the other day from kevin tucker saying i need to refi again cause caliber home loans and me did some paperwork wrong and were going to get fined $25,000. We will give you a great deal .4% less on your interest rate. Then precedes to hound me to take the deal almost screaming at. So for you folks out there i would go somewhere else.

I've worked with Tyler Blackwell since purchasing my first home in 2009. At that time as a first-time buyer, he was thorough and patient in making sure I fully understood everything, from terminology to timing to the different options available. I was so please working with him that I went straight to him when I sold my first home and purchased my second home. Again, fantastic. I've even done a refi since then with him. Over 11 years working with him he has always been professional, diligent, communicative, and has his client's best interests in mind.
At first I was suspicious that all these 5 star reviews were solicited or somehow fake, but turns out Arbor Mortgage is actually just really good at getting you a loan. Most of the reviews seem to name different people, but Tyler was really great. I would have never even made it through the application process without him. He was extremely helpful from the beginning to the day of closing, working late a few nights to get everything done a week early--just in case the sellers happened to be ready. If you are thinking about going with a bank or a national lender to save a few dollars on origination costs think again because having someone so knowledge and vigilant saved us a *ton* overall compared to the rate we would have ended up with otherwise--not to mention being able to actually get funded on the timeline needed to buy a home in Bend. Never would have thought my most glowing review would be for a mortgage company but go figure.
Kevin Tucker was great to work with. He communicated well and was conscientious about getting me the best refinance rate possible - no need to look elsewhere.
