Aramex the best when you talk about shipping and delivery , yes they are expensive but they are trustworthy and helpful, they provide tracking number for all shipments so you will feel good your package will not get lost
Also there is a plenty of branches for them across Jordan so you can send and receive packages wherever your city is .
The staff are professional and helpful , The delivery processes are safe so don t worry you ll not get broken stuff
Very recommended if you can afford their fees .
Good luck all

I used Aramex for a shipment from KSA to Jordan, when it arrived, they didn t know how to clear it from customs and each time I call them they promise to find out what the problem is without results. Even when they call me for the subject, they claim they did not know that I already explained to them what to do.

Eventually I had to go to airport customs to work it out and get it cleared.

The next day I received the shipment and one item was damaged beyond repair. When I contacted Aramex, they started trying to shift the blame between their different offices. They claimed that the KSA office will call me but they haven t. Aramex Amman and KSA both are not replying to my emails or calls.

Very unprofessional attitude, behavior and operations. They got paid for the shipment with insurance and now wouldn t even reply to my emails or calls to pay for the damages they caused.

I will not deal with this service/company ever again.
