Arabian Fal holding company Review

I was blessed to worked with this prestigious company for almost 2 decades. Salary offer & accommodation are excellent. Company owners are very kind and compassionate. Top management are very supporting and helpful. Number 1 company in Rastanura and maybe in Saudi Arabia.

Great place to work. Nice people and very smart President & CEO. We are one big Family here!

Since Last 2 Yrs (2016 to 2018)... I was working with Arabian Fal & Noted the following:

1. Multi - Nationality but Poor Management
2. Basic salary on time but OT you will get
next month
3. Salary more than the Market rate but No OT
4. There is No Food & Accommodation Safety
Officer
5. Indian Comp Supervisor is not doing his
job properly
6. Normal duty is more than 10 hours (duty
start from 6 am & 5 pm you will reach
camp)
7. Always making wrong invoices by Jubail
Estimater
8. Powerless Supervisor / Foreman /Inspector
9. Every month salary slip is not provided by
company
10.If employees are doing some OT company
will cut min. 10 hrs every month
11.Progress System - For 3/4 hours OT you
have to erect scaffolding 40 cubic meter
per day....etc...bla bla bla
