Beyond satisfied with this company and their products! I m only 5 tall with a very short torso so I was worried about finding body armor that would fit me well while being comfortable and not restricting my mobility. AR500 s products exceeded my expectations! Fits like a glove! Mike S. was very nice and helped me find exactly what I needed! Great company and great products!

Ordered an IFAK pouch from them. Took 6 months to ...

Ordered an IFAK pouch from them. Took 6 months to get to me. They never replied back to emails or answered phone calls. I had to make a report through the BBB about it. They gave some excuse and then shipped it out a week later. I received it and it broke on me after one week of use. Do not recommend this company or their gear to anyone. Get something of higher quality from a company with better customer service. Especially when it's a potentially life saving product.

Great company they have been very backed up and I have been waiting for quite a long time. I reached out today and got a quick response from Kevin wylie. We changed the color and he put me on fast processing. Glad they are so quick to respond. Definitely worth the wait!

Had a delay in my order- which was understandable- times are crazy right now and everything has delays it seems. I emailed in and talked to Alyse G. Who was so helpful and pleasant!! Also wanna throw some love out to Craig on the live text on the website when I checked in on the status- You guys are awesome and just want you to know so many of us support all of you at AR500 and appreciate all your hard work getting shipments out as quickly as possible- running thru the obstacles during these crazy market conditions isn t easy and you re all still going strong! Thanks again Alyse and Craig.

I ordered twice with AR500, not wrought with issue...

I ordered twice with AR500, not wrought with issues but they are always there to help me out promptly. Recently, the recaptcha on their website keeps on denying my order. I sent them an email and as always they answer quickly. To my fellow Veteran, Kevin Wylie, thank you for your help in resolving my issue and giving me EXCELLENT customer service, regardless of the time difference here in Afghanistan and the US. Kevin, always watch your six, brother! More power to you, your company and staff! You all stay safe out there!

Had been waiting on an order from them for a plate...

Had been waiting on an order from them for a plate carrier. I emailed them to get a response to see an updated time frame. Was instead offered an amazing option to swap the color of the plate carrier so I was able to have my order shipped sooner rather than later. The person who helped me was James Goldstein! I didn't get that option before when I had messaged them previously. Amazing help from James! Thanks again!

Although its tough getting a custom armor package ...

Although its tough getting a custom armor package currently, the AR500 customer service has been awesome in working with those whose orders are running past lead times during this extremely high demand situation. I have worked with a couple of different reps over the last several weeks as my custom order was due to ship on April 12th, and now finally getting all of my items shipped. Thanks to Mitchell Ryan for the heads up on the in stock 11X14 plates w/ the build up coat, which I didn't order the build up coat originally! It helps by being patient with these guys, as they are trying to help out in any way they can. Its tough trying to deal w/ disgruntled customers due to mfg delays and supply issues as they try to catch up and fill orders, as well as have in stock items on their website for those who want basic packages. Thanks AR500 and thanks to Mitchell and the other reps for doing everything they can to keep customers happy and updated on their orders. Looking forward to getting my plates in!
