Stay away from this company. They were contracted to maintain our IT system for 6 months, and repeatedly failed to fulfill their obligations. They deployed a phone system that did not work, and were unable to meet the service levels spelled out in our contract. They failed to maintain an antivirus system on our network, causing a substantial financial loss. Dan Dunn is unwilling to return phone calls or take any responsibility for this company s failure to meet their contractual obligations. Their response was to allow us to cancel our contract, after we spent a substantial amount or money onboarding this company. There are a lot of more capable IT companies, and i suggest you find one to work with your organization.
