This company is the worse ever! Humana makes us use them for my mother's ostomy supplies. We have had to use kitchen bags for her waste because their inefficiency and lack of protocol.We have been trying to get products since the end of 12/17. Due to their lack of coordination for referrals with doctors and the insurance company it is now 2/1 and we still do not have the required supplies for her. They have lied about the order all month the latest one today was that it was in transit but they did not have a tracking number! We have reported them to Humana and nothing. I guess no one cares if an old lady has to poop in a bag!

Absolutely wonderful experience with advanced care solutions when I used them for my mother s services. The staff is pleasant and professional. They treated my mother courteously and respectfully and our experience was prompt and efficient. Would recommend them to anybody! Thank you advanced care solutions!!

Very nice people, they helped me and my family & they took time to answer all my questions. They were able to get supplies to my dad quickly and effortlessly. we are so grateful to have a reliable company with very nice customer service!

I recently ordered Ostomy supplies for my aunt. She suffers from Colostomy, they worked out perfectly, and my aunt was very satisfied.The customer service was very helpful. I had many doubts but they answered fast and clear. i recommend ACS company.... A++++++

I called advanced care solutions looking for a shower chair for my dad I spoke to Nicole she was very helpful she went above and beyond to assist me with a company that could provide me with the item I was looking for I was very pleased and I would recommend their company to anyone even though I didn't receive anything from advance I was pleased with the customer service she provided.
