Aquarius Professional Staffing Review

Poor communication. I went in and interviewed out in Blue Ash, the meeting went well and I was told they would forward my resume along to two different clients for opportunities they thought I d be a great fit for. Afterwords, I never heard back. I followed up asking if they had any other openings that may be a good fit given my background and skills, to which the gentleman I interviewed with simply replied that the positions I d applied to were no longer open. That s not what I asked! Clearly they view individuals as numbers and nothing more. They do not appear to value quality candidates who take the time to come in and interview. They also clearly do not take the time to read through emails, brief as they may be. I would not recommend working with this company based on my experience.

Jon Barber was very professional and accommodating. He made sure to walk me through the process which ended in me getting a good, suitable job. Thanks for all the help!

Chad O'Neil did an excellent job with helping me to get hired on at UC Health. If I had any questions or concerns he was definitely on top of things and resolved any inquiries I had in a timely manner. This has been one of the best Staffing Services I have worked with so I would highly recommend them!

Nikki Peralli was amazing at following up with me during the waiting period for my placement - timelines were so uncertain due to Covid and businesses trying to reopen. The best part of my experience was Aquarius and Nikki securing my salary requirement although it was slightly above the initial pay rate. That alone made Aquarius my favorite placement firm!

Very rushed interview, was not comfortable meeting the recruiter for my interview with another job. Made me feel like a baby lol but they ended up placing me at a job that was "closing by the end of the day" and made it seem like it was going to be closed forever. So I did my research after the interview, first off was not happy with the hours but the pay was really hard to turn down. It was a start-up company that had been in debt for quite awhile and most of the calls I would have been receiving would be customers very very upset about their money... Sounded sketchy. I would much rather deal with Ajilon in Cincinnati or Premium Personel Services in Fairfield.

This was my first time to use agency and I'm glad I did. I meet and worked with Madalyn. She's very pleasant and very nice . I never meet someone like her, she's very helpful and I feel she really care . Thank you Madalyn!

I worked with Melissa Netter who is my recruiter! She worked tirelessly to help me find a position that would be a perfect fit. It took a while but she stuck with me and it paid off. I got a position with an amazing company and I absolutely love my job!! Highly recommended Aquarius if you are looking for employment!!

Hi communication skills were top notch and he provided key info that helped me prepare for my interviews well with very little preparation time. Should I ever need another position in the future I'll definitely reach out to Aquarius.

Don't bother wasting your time trying to find a job with this "staffing agency". Every time you call they say their "jobs" are on "hold" even though they advertise SEVERAL on their website. Very unprofessional company.

Aquarius did an excellent ob of describing the type of work environment and what skills I would need to the specific job they were recruiting me for. I had one in person interview with a member at Aquarius and it went very well. They were always there if I had any questions and even contacted me before my first interview with the company to prepare me.
